【摘要】：青少年處在人生發(fā)展的一個重要階段，不僅是身體生長發(fā)育的黃金時段，而且也是心理發(fā)展的重要時期，更是人格形成的關(guān)鍵期。雖然學(xué)習(xí)是這一階段青少年的主要任務(wù)但絕不能忽視他們的人格發(fā)展?fàn)顩r，這不僅僅決定其能否在學(xué)習(xí)上取得合格成績，，更決定其在人生答卷上能否取得合格的成績。近年來針對青少年的研究日漸興起，本研究在仔細(xì)研讀已發(fā)表的文章和書籍的基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合對青少年、青少年家長和老師所做的訪談提出對青少年健康人格的理論假設(shè)，編制了青少年健康人格品質(zhì)問卷，用自己編制的問卷對當(dāng)前青少年的人格狀況進(jìn)行調(diào)查。并使用實(shí)驗(yàn)方法比較分析了金錢和人際關(guān)系在日常生活中對青少年人際信任行為的影響，結(jié)合現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查和實(shí)驗(yàn)的結(jié)果，篩選出部分在人際關(guān)系和諧融洽維度上得分顯著較低的的青少年進(jìn)行干預(yù)。得到的主要結(jié)果有： （1）《青少年健康人格品質(zhì)問卷》中的健康人格主要有正視并接納自己、樂觀積極地生活態(tài)度、人際關(guān)系和諧融洽和準(zhǔn)確覺察現(xiàn)實(shí)的能力四個維度構(gòu)成。 （2）對《青少年健康人格品質(zhì)問卷》的分析結(jié)果表明該問卷的各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)符合測量學(xué)的要求，具有較好的信效度，運(yùn)用《青少年健康人格品質(zhì)問卷》能夠測量出青少年的人格健康狀況。 （3）就目前的調(diào)查狀況來說青少年的人格狀況相對較好，健康水平較高；在“樂觀積極的生活態(tài)度”維度上得分較高；在“人際關(guān)系和諧融洽”和“準(zhǔn)確的覺察現(xiàn)實(shí)的能力”兩個維度上的得分較低。在性別差異方面，男生能夠以積極樂觀的生活態(tài)度來對待自己遇到的種種事情。在城鄉(xiāng)差別方面，城市的學(xué)生比農(nóng)村的學(xué)生更加主動一些，而且會比較靈活的運(yùn)用一些交際技巧；隨著年級的升高，高中的青少年對自己的認(rèn)識更加全面，能夠更好的覺察現(xiàn)實(shí)，較多的關(guān)心社會問題。 （4）8次以團(tuán)體活動為主要實(shí)施形式的干預(yù)后，對照組與干預(yù)組的人際交往水平得分均出現(xiàn)不同程度的升高，且呈顯著性差異。結(jié)果顯示，青少年的人際交往訓(xùn)練，對提高青少年的人際交往能力具有顯著作用。在對對照組、干預(yù)組的分析中可以進(jìn)一步得出團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)的干預(yù)方式能夠有效地提高青少年的交往技能，有利于青少年健康人格的建立。
[Abstract]:Teenagers are in an important stage of life development, not only the prime period of body growth and development, but also the important period of psychological development, but also the key period of personality formation.Although learning is the main task of teenagers at this stage, we must not ignore their personality development, which not only determines whether they can get qualified results in their study, but also whether they can get qualified results in life answer paper.In recent years, the research on adolescents is on the rise. On the basis of careful study of published articles and books, this study, combined with interviews with adolescents, adolescent parents and teachers, puts forward theoretical hypotheses on adolescent healthy personality.The questionnaire of healthy personality quality of adolescents was compiled, and the current personality status of adolescents was investigated with the questionnaire compiled by themselves.The influence of money and interpersonal relationship on the interpersonal trust behavior of teenagers in daily life is compared and analyzed by using the experimental method, and combined with the current situation investigation and the results of the experiment.Some adolescents with significantly lower scores in interpersonal harmony dimension were selected to intervene.The main results obtained are:1) the healthy personality in the questionnaire mainly consists of four dimensions: the ability to face up to and accept oneself, the positive attitude to life, the harmonious interpersonal relationship and the ability to accurately perceive reality.2) the results of the questionnaire on healthy Personality quality of adolescents showed that the indexes of the questionnaire met the requirements of measurement and had good reliability and validity.The questionnaire of healthy personality quality of adolescents can be used to measure the status of adolescents' personality health.(3) adolescents' personality status is relatively good, their health level is higher, and their scores are higher in the dimension of "optimistic and positive life attitude".Low scores were scored on the dimensions of "harmonious interpersonal relationship" and "accurate ability to perceive reality".In terms of gender differences, boys are able to deal with all kinds of things they encounter with a positive and optimistic attitude towards life.In terms of differences between urban and rural areas, urban students are more active than rural students, and more flexible use of some communication skills; as the grade goes up, high school teenagers have a more comprehensive understanding of themselves.Can be better aware of reality, more concern for social issues.After 8 times of intervention with group activities as the main form of intervention, the scores of interpersonal communication between the control group and the intervention group were increased in varying degrees, and there was significant difference between the control group and the intervention group.The results show that interpersonal training plays a significant role in improving adolescents' interpersonal skills.In the control group, the analysis of the intervention group can further draw the conclusion that the intervention mode of group counseling can effectively improve the communication skills of adolescents, which is conducive to the establishment of healthy personality of adolescents.
