團體心理輔導(dǎo)對大一學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃狀況的影響研究

【摘要】:職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育課程及相應(yīng)講座被認為是提升在校大學(xué)生就業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)能力和水平的重要途徑之一,當前我國大多數(shù)高校主要是針對大四畢業(yè)生來實施。然而,研究發(fā)現(xiàn),大一新生興趣、能力、價值取向活躍,如若此時普及職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育,可以讓他們在一進校時就明確目標,盡早規(guī)劃,并在隨后的四年時間里不斷調(diào)整和完善,這樣才能在畢業(yè)時從容不迫。本研究由此切入,,分前后兩個階段,首先調(diào)查大一學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃現(xiàn)狀,之后對其實施相關(guān)團體心理輔導(dǎo)。 第一階段,職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查。采用南京師范大學(xué)夏海燕自編的《大學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查問卷》對250名大一新生進行了調(diào)查,運用SPSS17.0對數(shù)據(jù)進行了分析處理,結(jié)果表明被試在五個維度上的得分在2.71—3.57,顯示了對職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃中等程度的滿意度。五個維度中“職業(yè)認識”(2.71)得分最低,“生涯定向”(3.57)得分最高。 第二階段,團體心理輔導(dǎo)。從第一階段調(diào)查結(jié)果中招募17名大一新生志愿者作為本次活動的實驗組,同時采用‘一找一’方式確定了另外17名學(xué)生為對照組,對實驗組與對照組成員實施前測;隨后采用自編的《大一學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃團體心理輔導(dǎo)方案》對實驗組成員進行團體心理輔導(dǎo),對照組成員則無干預(yù);實驗結(jié)束后分別對實驗組和對照組成員進行后測,并采用《團體成員自評量表》、《團體活動滿意度回饋單》等反饋工具進行活動總結(jié)。 兩階段的研究結(jié)果表明: 1.大一新生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃在性別、專業(yè)類別、是否獨生子女、是否學(xué)生干部四個人口學(xué)變量上均有顯著性差異,在生源地上無顯著差異; 2.實驗組成員與對照組成員在“職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃總量表”、“職業(yè)認識”、“規(guī)劃認知”、“自我認識”四個維度上均達到了差異極其顯著(p0.001)。結(jié)合團體成員回饋單和職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃團體心理輔導(dǎo)單元活動日記本說明質(zhì)性評估效果較好,此次職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃團體輔導(dǎo)取得了良好效果。
[Abstract]:The curriculum of career planning education and the corresponding lectures are considered as one of the important ways to improve the ability and level of employment and entrepreneurship of college students. At present, most colleges and universities in our country are mainly aimed at senior graduates.However, the study found that freshmen are active in interest, ability, and value orientation. If career planning education is popularized at this time, it will enable them to define their goals and plan as soon as they enter school.And in the following four years of continuous adjustment and improvement, so as to graduate calm.This study is divided into two stages. Firstly, the present situation of freshman students' career planning is investigated, and then the related group psychological counseling is carried out.The first stage, the status of career planning survey.The present status of career planning of college students was investigated by Xia Haiyan of Nanjing normal University. 250 freshmen were investigated, and the data were analyzed and processed by SPSS17.0.The results showed that the subjects scored 2.71-3.57 in the five dimensions, indicating a moderate degree of satisfaction with career planning.Among the five dimensions, career cognition scored the lowest (2.71), and career orientation (3.57) scored the highest.The second stage, group psychological counseling.From the results of the first phase of the investigation, 17 freshmen volunteers were recruited as the experimental group of this activity. At the same time, the other 17 students were determined as the control group, and the members of the experimental group and the control group were tested before the test.Then the self-designed "freshman career planning group counseling program" was used to conduct group psychological counseling to the members of the experimental group, while the members of the control group did not intervene. After the experiment, the members of the experimental group and the control group were tested after the end of the experiment.Self-rating scale for group members and feedback form for group activity satisfaction were used to summarize the activities.The results of the two-stage study show that:1.There were significant differences in career planning between freshmen and freshmen in terms of gender, major category, whether only child, whether student cadres had four demographic variables, but no significant difference in the origin of students.2.There were significant differences between the members of the experimental group and the control group in the four dimensions of "career Planning General scale", "career Cognition", "Planning Cognition" and "self knowledge" (P 0.001).Combined with the feedback form of group members and the diary of group psychological counseling unit of career planning, the qualitative evaluation effect is better, and the group counseling of career planning has achieved good results.
