9-36個月嬰幼兒與其母親依戀水平的干預研究—通過母親敏感性訓練

【摘要】:依戀作為嬰兒與母親之間形成的一種特殊的情感聯(lián)結,是兒童早期生活中最重要的社會關系,也是個體社會性發(fā)展的開端和組成部分。研究表明,早期安全的依戀關系不僅有利于兒童身心的健康發(fā)展以及社會化的順利進行,而且直接影響個體成長過程中的人格完善。 對嬰兒信號的敏感性,將會直接影響到母嬰之間交流溝通質量的好壞。母親對孩子的信號非常敏感,并做出及時而適當?shù)姆磻?能夠從孩子的角度看問題,對他的信號和信息的理解并不被她自己的需要和防御歪曲,能熟練的讀懂孩子的信號和信息,被稱為母親敏感性。如果母親通常不能適當而及時的對孩子的信號做出反應,不能和孩子親密互動,即在孩子需要母親協(xié)助時得不到及時回應,不能從孩子的角度看問題,被稱為不敏感。對嬰兒信號敏感,將會提高兒童探索世界的積極性,對其思維發(fā)展具有促進作用,,如果對嬰兒信號不敏感,將嚴重阻礙孩子的主動探索和動手能力,阻礙其健康成長。父母的敏感性是依戀安全性的重要而可靠的預測源,且撫養(yǎng)者的敏感性是可以改變的,而兒童依戀類型很大程度上又受其撫養(yǎng)者對自身信號反應的敏感性影響。 本研究從石家莊市某早教機構選取9-36個月母嬰對15組,采用實驗組、控制組前后測的準實驗設計模式,通過團體輔導課和電話追蹤訪談的方式對實驗組的母親敏感性進行干預訓練,并通過干預母親敏感性檢驗母嬰依戀水平是否顯著提高。通過數(shù)據(jù)分析和對干預效果的調查,得出以下結論: (1)本研究使用的團體輔導的干預模式能有效地提高母親在親子互動中的敏感性,繼而提高幼兒的安全依戀水平; (2)本研究使用的團體輔導的干預模式能有效提高母親對嬰幼兒信號的敏感性,對嬰幼兒信號的反應更加恰當及時; (3)本研究使用的團體輔導的干預模式能改善母親與嬰幼兒的合作行為,對嬰幼兒的阻礙行為顯著減少; (4)本研究使用的團體輔導的干預模式能促使母親在親子互動中對嬰幼兒的親近行為更加及時和適當; (5)本研究使用的團體輔導的干預模式能有效地增加母親在親子互動中對幼兒的積極關注和接納,提高幼兒的安全依戀水平。
[Abstract]:Attachment, as a special emotional connection between infant and mother, is the most important social relationship in children's early life, and it is also the beginning and component of individual social development.The research shows that the early safe attachment relationship is not only conducive to the healthy development of children's body and mind and the smooth progress of socialization, but also has a direct impact on the improvement of personality in the process of individual growth.Sensitivity to infant signals will directly affect the quality of communication between mother and child.The mother is very sensitive to the child's signals and responds in a timely and appropriate manner, able to look at the problem from the child's point of view, and her understanding of his signals and information is not distorted by her own needs and defences,The ability to read children's signals and information skillfully is called mother sensitivity.If the mother is usually unable to respond appropriately and promptly to the child's signal and to interact closely with the child, it is called insensitive when the child needs the help of the mother and cannot see the problem from the child's point of view.Sensitivity to infant signals will increase the enthusiasm of children to explore the world and promote the development of their thinking. If not sensitive to infant signals, it will seriously hinder children's active exploration and hands-on ability, and hinder their healthy growth.The sensitivity of parents is an important and reliable predictor of attachment safety, and the sensitivity of the dependent can be changed, and the type of child attachment is largely affected by the sensitivity of their dependents to their own signal response.In this study, 15 groups were selected from an early education institution in Shijiazhuang City for 9-36 months. The experimental group, the control group and the control group were used as the quasi-experimental design model before and after the test.The sensitivity of mothers in the experimental group was trained by group counseling and telephone tracking interview, and the maternal and infant attachment level was significantly improved by intervention of maternal sensitivity.Through data analysis and a survey of the effectiveness of the intervention, the following conclusions have been drawn:1) the intervention model of group counseling used in this study can effectively improve the sensitivity of mothers in parent-child interaction, and then improve the level of safe attachment of young children;2) the intervention model of group counseling used in this study can effectively improve the sensitivity of mothers to infant signals, and the response to infant signals is more appropriate and timely;3) the intervention model of group counseling used in this study can improve the cooperative behavior of mother and infant, and reduce the hindrance behavior of infants.4) the intervention model of group counseling used in this study can promote the mother's closeness to infants and children in parent-child interaction in a more timely and appropriate manner.5) the intervention model of group counseling used in this study can effectively increase the mothers' positive attention and acceptance of children in parent-child interaction, and improve the level of children's safety attachment.
