【摘要】:群際關(guān)系是指不同社會(huì)群體之間的相互作用,群體身份是群際關(guān)系發(fā)生的基礎(chǔ)。對(duì)于寧夏地區(qū)的回族群體來說,他們既熟悉本民族的文化,同時(shí)也熟悉并內(nèi)化了漢族文化,屬于擁有兩種文化框架的雙文化群體。同時(shí),研究發(fā)現(xiàn)群體共情是促進(jìn)群際關(guān)系的重要因素。因此,研究以寧夏回族雙文化個(gè)體為被試,用三個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)分別探討了不同雙文化認(rèn)同整合(BII)個(gè)體的文化框架轉(zhuǎn)換效應(yīng),文化框架轉(zhuǎn)換效應(yīng)和群體共情對(duì)群際心理距離的影響以及文化框架轉(zhuǎn)換效應(yīng)、群體共情和想像接觸對(duì)群際幫助意愿的影響。通過三個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)的層層遞進(jìn),分析了回族雙文化個(gè)體對(duì)回漢兩種文化的適應(yīng)機(jī)制以及群際關(guān)系的促進(jìn)機(jī)制。實(shí)驗(yàn)一通過回漢文化啟動(dòng),探討了高、低不同雙文化認(rèn)同整合水平(BII)個(gè)體在不同文化框架下的回漢文化行為差異,為2(雙文化認(rèn)同整合:高/低)X2(文化框架:回/漢)兩因素被試間設(shè)計(jì)。實(shí)驗(yàn)二在實(shí)驗(yàn)一的基礎(chǔ)上,借助文化啟動(dòng)和群體共情啟動(dòng)材料,探討了文化框架轉(zhuǎn)換效應(yīng)和群體共情對(duì)內(nèi)外群體心理距離的影響,是2(文化框架轉(zhuǎn)換效應(yīng):有/無)X2(群體共情:有/無)X2(內(nèi)外群體:內(nèi)/外)的三因素完全隨機(jī)實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)。綜合前兩個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)的研究結(jié)果,實(shí)驗(yàn)三則從如何促進(jìn)群際關(guān)系入手,探討了文化框架轉(zhuǎn)換效應(yīng)、群體共情和想象接觸對(duì)群際幫助意愿的影響,這里重點(diǎn)突出他文化想像接觸的作用,是2(文化框架轉(zhuǎn)換效應(yīng):有/無)X3(想像接觸:他文化想像接觸/標(biāo)準(zhǔn)想像接觸/控制)X2(群體共情:有/無)三因素完全隨機(jī)實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)。綜合上述三個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn),我們得到以下主要結(jié)論:(1)對(duì)于高BII個(gè)體來說,回文化下,其回文化行為得分大于漢文化行為得分。在漢文化下,漢文化行為顯著大于回文化行為。對(duì)于低BII個(gè)體來說,回文化下,回文化行為得5分顯著大于漢文化行為得分。在漢文化下,仍是回文化行為顯著大于漢文化行為。這說明,回族高BII個(gè)體具有文化框架轉(zhuǎn)換的能力,而回族低BII個(gè)體不具備文化框架轉(zhuǎn)換的能力。(2)文化框架轉(zhuǎn)換效應(yīng)、群體共情和內(nèi)外群體的主效應(yīng)都顯著;文化框架轉(zhuǎn)換效應(yīng)和內(nèi)外群體的交互作用顯著,當(dāng)無文化框架轉(zhuǎn)換效應(yīng)時(shí),與外群體相比,被試對(duì)內(nèi)群體的心理距離更近;群體共情和內(nèi)外群體的交互作用顯著,在無共情干預(yù)的條件下,與外群體相比,被試對(duì)內(nèi)群體的心理距離更近;但是,文化框架轉(zhuǎn)換效應(yīng)和群體共情的交互作用不顯著。此外,文化框架轉(zhuǎn)換效應(yīng)、群體共情和內(nèi)外群體三者之間的三重交互作用顯著,在無框架轉(zhuǎn)換效應(yīng)且無共情的條件下,與外群體相比,被試對(duì)內(nèi)群體的心理距離更近。該結(jié)果說明,內(nèi)群體偏好對(duì)于回族雙文化個(gè)體來說,是同樣存在的。但是文化框架轉(zhuǎn)換效應(yīng)和群體共情是改善群際關(guān)系的兩種很好的干預(yù)方式。(3)文化框架轉(zhuǎn)換效應(yīng)、群體共情和想像接觸的主效應(yīng)顯著;文化框架轉(zhuǎn)換效應(yīng)和想象接觸的交互作用不顯著;文化框架轉(zhuǎn)換效應(yīng)和群體共情的交互作用不顯著;想象接觸和群體共情的交互作用顯著,在想像接觸的控制條件下,共情組的幫助意愿顯著大于無共情組。該結(jié)果說明想像接觸(特別是他文化想像接觸)和群體共情是促進(jìn)群際親社會(huì)行為的重要措施。
[Abstract]:Intergroup relation refers to the interaction between different social groups, group identity is the foundation of intergroup relations. The Hui population in Ningxia area, they are familiar with the culture of this nation, but also familiar with and internalize the Han culture, to have two cultural framework of the two cultural groups. At the same time, the study found that the group empathy is an important factor to promote intergroup relations. The results showed that the imagination of contact (especially his cultural imagination and empathy contact) group is an important measure to promote intergroup prosocial behavior.
