新生代農(nóng)民工情緒調(diào)節(jié)自我效能感與自尊的關(guān)系

【摘要】:情緒調(diào)節(jié)自我效能感所探討的是個(gè)體對能否有效調(diào)節(jié)自身情緒狀態(tài)的一種自信程度,是個(gè)體對管理自己情緒狀態(tài)的一種能力感,而自尊則是個(gè)體人格發(fā)展過程中自我的重要組成部分。在目前的研究中,對于個(gè)體情緒調(diào)節(jié)自我效能感和自尊水平的研究并不在少數(shù),但多集中于大學(xué)生、高職生等學(xué)生群體,對于新生代農(nóng)民工這一日漸龐大的群體研究少之又少。掌握我國現(xiàn)階段新生代農(nóng)民工的情緒調(diào)節(jié)自我效能感和自尊水平的真實(shí)情況,,對于進(jìn)一步拓展情緒調(diào)節(jié)自我效能感及自尊在不同被試群體中的研究,并對新生代農(nóng)民工群體調(diào)整自己的情緒體驗(yàn)進(jìn)行正確引導(dǎo),都有著非常重要的作用。 本研究通過結(jié)合問卷調(diào)查法和隨機(jī)組實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì),探討了新生代農(nóng)民工自尊與情緒調(diào)節(jié)自我效能感之間的關(guān)系,并通過干預(yù)實(shí)驗(yàn)對其間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證性研究。本研究由三個(gè)部分組成: 研究一:在河南省新鄉(xiāng)市白鷺化纖集團(tuán)、新鄉(xiāng)市百貨大樓、新鄉(xiāng)市紫臺一品置業(yè)三所單位隨機(jī)選取215名新生代農(nóng)民工被試進(jìn)行了問卷調(diào)查,討論了新生代農(nóng)民工情緒調(diào)節(jié)自我效能感及其自尊水平的現(xiàn)狀。 研究二:在研究一的基礎(chǔ)上,對新生代農(nóng)民工情緒調(diào)節(jié)自我效能感和自尊之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行相關(guān)分析。 研究三:設(shè)計(jì)以動作性經(jīng)驗(yàn)掌握為基礎(chǔ)團(tuán)體訓(xùn)練方案,采用隨機(jī)組設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)驗(yàn)研究了經(jīng)驗(yàn)掌握是否能夠提升情緒調(diào)節(jié)自我效能感,并通過情緒調(diào)節(jié)自我效能感的變化來進(jìn)一步探討其對于個(gè)體自尊水平的影響。研究設(shè)置實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對照組,實(shí)驗(yàn)組進(jìn)行為期四周的經(jīng)驗(yàn)掌握訓(xùn)練,對照組不做任何處理。 研究結(jié)果表明: (1)新生代農(nóng)民工情緒調(diào)節(jié)自我效能感及其自尊水平與大學(xué)生群體相比較低,且在性別、學(xué)歷水平、行業(yè)等方面差異不顯著。 (2)新生代農(nóng)民工情緒調(diào)節(jié)自我效能感與其自尊水平顯著正相關(guān)。 (3)經(jīng)驗(yàn)掌握訓(xùn)練對于新生代農(nóng)民工情緒調(diào)節(jié)自我效能感的提升有顯著作用,而受到情緒調(diào)節(jié)自我效能感提升的影響,其自尊水平也得到了顯著提高。
[Abstract]:The self-efficacy of emotion regulation is the degree of confidence in whether one can regulate one's emotional state effectively, and the ability of individual to manage one's own emotional state.Self-esteem is an important part of self-development.In the current research, there are not a few researches on the self-efficacy and self-esteem level of individual emotion regulation, but most of them focus on college students, vocational college students and other student groups, but there is little research on the new generation of migrant workers, which is an increasingly large group.To grasp the real situation of the new generation of migrant workers' emotional self-efficacy and self-esteem level, to further expand the emotional self-efficacy and self-esteem in different groups of subjects.And the new generation of migrant workers to adjust their emotional experience of correct guidance, have a very important role.In this study, the relationship between the self-esteem of the new generation migrant workers and the self-efficacy of emotion regulation was discussed by means of questionnaire survey and random group experiment design, and the relationship between the self-efficacy and the self-efficacy of emotion regulation was verified by the intervention experiment.This study consists of three parts:Research 1: 215 new generation migrant workers were randomly selected from Xinxiang Bailu Chemical Fiber Group, Xinxiang Department Store, Xinxiang Zitai Yipingye, Xinxiang City, Henan Province, and 215 new generation migrant workers were investigated.This paper discusses the current situation of emotion regulation self-efficacy and self-esteem of new generation migrant workers.Research 2: on the basis of the first study, the relationship between emotional regulation self-efficacy and self-esteem of the new generation of migrant workers was analyzed.The third study: the design of group training scheme based on action experience mastery. The randomized group design experiment was used to study whether experiential mastery can improve the self-efficacy of emotion regulation.And through the change of emotional regulation self-efficacy to further explore its impact on the level of individual self-esteem.Experimental group and control group were set up, the experimental group was trained for four weeks, the control group did not do any treatment.The results show that:1) the emotional self-efficacy and self-esteem of the new generation of migrant workers were lower than that of the college students, and there were no significant differences in sex, education level, profession and so on.2) the emotional regulation self-efficacy of the new generation of migrant workers was positively correlated with their self-esteem level.3) experience mastery training plays a significant role in improving the self-efficacy of emotion regulation of the new generation of migrant workers, but affected by the improvement of self-efficacy of emotion regulation, their self-esteem level has also been significantly improved.
