初中生社會(huì)支持、自我效能感關(guān)系與團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)干預(yù)研究

【摘要】:自我效能感是兒童心理發(fā)展的重要的心理素質(zhì),是學(xué)生心理健康重要指標(biāo);而社會(huì)化的影響因素,如社會(huì)支持一直都是青少年發(fā)展過(guò)程中重要影響因素。本研究意在探討初中階段,學(xué)生的自我效能感與其社會(huì)支持因素的具體的關(guān)系。本研究采用問(wèn)卷法,以沈陽(yáng)市第四十三中學(xué)253名同學(xué)為被試,探討初中生社會(huì)支持及其維度與自我效能感的具體的關(guān)系;并在此基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)自我效能感與社會(huì)支持都相對(duì)較低的12名學(xué)生實(shí)施團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)的教育干預(yù)實(shí)驗(yàn),對(duì)社會(huì)支持進(jìn)行干預(yù),繼而調(diào)節(jié)改善學(xué)生的自我效能感。本研究得出以下結(jié)論:(1)初中生的社會(huì)支持總水平中等偏上。社會(huì)支持中三個(gè)維度主觀支持、客觀支持、與對(duì)支持的利用度在性別這一因素上沒(méi)有顯著差異。初中生社會(huì)支持總體及社會(huì)支持中主觀支持這一維度在年級(jí)上有顯著差異,初三顯示出的數(shù)值明顯比初一高。(2)根據(jù)調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)及常模分析,初中生的自我效能感總水平處于中等偏上水平。自我效能感在性別這一分組變量上沒(méi)有顯著差異。在年級(jí)間,也沒(méi)有明顯差異。(3)初中生的自我效能和社會(huì)支持呈顯著的正相關(guān)關(guān)系。而且,社會(huì)支持中的主觀支持與對(duì)支持的利用度和自我效能感之間有著顯著的正相關(guān),且主觀支持和對(duì)支持的利用度與自我效能感有正向的預(yù)測(cè)作用。社會(huì)客觀支持與自我效能感之間沒(méi)有顯著的相關(guān)關(guān)系。(4)團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)干預(yù)過(guò)后,初中生的社會(huì)支持中的對(duì)支持的利用度有顯著的改善,而主觀支持和客觀支持的維度的水平也有提高,同時(shí)自我效能感也有顯著提升。
[Abstract]:Self-efficacy is an important psychological quality of children's psychological development and an important indicator of students' mental health. The purpose of this study is to explore the specific relationship between students' self-efficacy and their social support factors in junior middle school. Taking 43 middle school students in Shenyang as subjects, this paper discusses the specific relationship between social support and self-efficacy of junior high school students, and on this basis, 12 students with relatively low self-efficacy and social support were tested with group counseling to intervene in social support. Then adjust and improve students' sense of self-efficacy. This study draws the following conclusions: 1) the overall level of social support of junior high school students is higher than that of junior high school students. The three dimensions of social support are subjective support and objective support. There was no significant difference between the gender factor and the utilization of social support. There was significant difference in the dimensions of social support and subjective support in grade of junior high school students. According to the survey data and norm analysis, the overall level of self-efficacy of junior high school students is in the upper middle level. There is no significant difference in self-efficacy in gender group variables. There was no significant difference between self-efficacy and social support of junior high school students. Moreover, there was a significant positive correlation between subjective support in social support and the degree of utilization and self-efficacy of social support. There was no significant correlation between objective social support and self-efficacy. There was no significant correlation between social objective support and self-efficacy. In the social support of junior high school students, the utilization of support has been improved significantly, while the level of subjective support and objective support has also been improved, and the sense of self-efficacy has also been significantly improved.
