新手咨詢師團(tuán)體督導(dǎo)關(guān)系的質(zhì)性研究

【摘要】:新手咨詢師剛邁入專業(yè)心理咨詢的大門,開始接受正規(guī)、系統(tǒng)的培訓(xùn),但是他們作為初學(xué)者又尚未具備足夠的技能和經(jīng)驗(yàn)。新手咨詢師的成長事關(guān)心理咨詢行業(yè)未來發(fā)展的質(zhì)量,本階段的主觀體驗(yàn)和應(yīng)對方式會在很大程度上決定他們將來的生涯發(fā)展。成為合格的心理咨詢師必備的一個(gè)重要環(huán)節(jié)是接受督導(dǎo),而目前新手咨詢師參加最多的督導(dǎo)形式為團(tuán)體督導(dǎo)。 積極而富有成效的督導(dǎo)關(guān)系對于成功的督導(dǎo)起著決定性的作用,團(tuán)體督導(dǎo)中的督導(dǎo)關(guān)系復(fù)雜而有層次性。本研究旨在探索新手咨詢師團(tuán)體督導(dǎo)關(guān)系的影響因素及其對于督導(dǎo)效能或被督導(dǎo)者的學(xué)習(xí)和成長的作用維度的模型。 本研究采用建構(gòu)扎根理論取向的質(zhì)性研究范式,對10名咨詢經(jīng)驗(yàn)在兩年以下的新手咨詢師進(jìn)行關(guān)于團(tuán)體督導(dǎo)關(guān)系的深度訪談,并對訪談材料進(jìn)行編碼研究,主要研究結(jié)論如下: 1、新手咨詢師團(tuán)體督導(dǎo)中的督導(dǎo)關(guān)系主要受到以下三方面因素的影響: 1)督導(dǎo)師的影響其內(nèi)涵包括:督導(dǎo)師的個(gè)人特質(zhì);督導(dǎo)師的勝任能力;督導(dǎo)師的行為表現(xiàn)和應(yīng)對方式;以及督導(dǎo)師的取向、咨詢風(fēng)格及工作方式。 2)同伴的影響其內(nèi)涵包括:被督導(dǎo)者不同層次的需要;被督導(dǎo)者經(jīng)驗(yàn)的差異;被督導(dǎo)者的個(gè)體差異;以及被督導(dǎo)者的行為表現(xiàn)及應(yīng)對方式。 3)其他方面的影響其內(nèi)涵包括:成員的缺席與遲到;督導(dǎo)目標(biāo)是否明確、設(shè)置及結(jié)構(gòu)化是否嚴(yán)格;時(shí)間資源管理等。 2、新手咨詢師團(tuán)體督導(dǎo)中的督導(dǎo)關(guān)系通過以下三個(gè)維度作用于被督導(dǎo)者的學(xué)習(xí)和成長:1)人際距離;2)團(tuán)體動(dòng)力;3)情緒體驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:The novice counsellor has just entered the door of professional psychological counseling and began to receive formal and systematic training. But they don't have enough skills and experience as beginners. The growth of novice counselors is about the quality of the future development of the counseling industry. The subjective experience and coping style of this stage will largely determine their future career development. At present, novice consultants participate in the majority of the form of supervision for group supervision. A positive and productive supervisory relationship plays a decisive role in successful supervision. The purpose of this study is to explore the influencing factors of the group supervision relationship of novice consultants and the model of its effect on the effectiveness of supervision or the learning and growth of the supervised person. In this study, 10 novice consultants with less than two years' experience were interviewed in depth on the relationship of group supervision, and the interview materials were coded. The main findings are as follows:. 1. The supervisory relationship in the group supervision of novice consultants is mainly influenced by the following three factors:. 1) the connotations of the influence of the supervisor include: the personal characteristics of the supervisor; the competence of the supervisor; the behavior and coping style of the supervisor; and the orientation, consulting style and working style of the supervisor. 2) the connotation of peer influence includes: the needs of the supervised person at different levels, the difference of the experience of the supervised person, the individual difference of the supervised person, and the behavior performance and coping style of the supervised person. 3) the implications of other aspects include: the absence and lateness of the members; whether the supervision goal is clear, the setting and structuring is strict; and the time and resource management, and so on. 2. The supervisory relationship in the group supervision of novice counselors acts on the learning and growth of the supervised person through the following three dimensions: 1) interpersonal distance) 2) group motivation and 3) emotional experience.
