【摘要】：我國高等教育大眾化發(fā)展進程加快,高等職業(yè)院校發(fā)展迅速。但是高職院校由于大多數(shù)辦學(xué)歷史較短,管理制度不夠完善,生源質(zhì)量一般,政府社會認可度較低,就業(yè)質(zhì)量較差等因素,與普通高校學(xué)生相比,高職學(xué)生承受更大的心理壓力,其自卑心理更為突出,已嚴重影響了高職學(xué)生的健康成長。本研究以高職學(xué)生自卑心理為切入點,在對國內(nèi)外自卑研究現(xiàn)狀綜述的基礎(chǔ)上,通過問卷調(diào)查和個案深度訪談,分析高職學(xué)生自卑的類型、特點及成因,探究其內(nèi)在機理。以此為基礎(chǔ),構(gòu)建高職學(xué)生自卑心理干預(yù)機制,對于高職學(xué)校發(fā)展及學(xué)生健康成才具有重要的作用和意義。本研究根據(jù)學(xué)生人數(shù)比例、學(xué)校排名、學(xué)科特色3個標準選取陜西省四所代表性高職院校(陜西國防工業(yè)職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院、西安航空職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院、陜西工業(yè)職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院和陜西藝術(shù)職業(yè)學(xué)院)為研究對象,采用問卷調(diào)查法和個案訪談法,歸納出高職學(xué)生4種自卑心理類型:環(huán)境因素自卑類型、動機與期望過高自卑類型、過度斷定能力不足自卑類型、性格怯懦自卑類型;得出高職學(xué)生5個自卑心理特點:普遍性、危機性、敏感性、掩飾性和情境性;構(gòu)建了自卑心理應(yīng)激系統(tǒng)模型,并推導(dǎo)出高職學(xué)生自卑心理形成機制:生活事件刺激源作用于個體之后,個體的認知評價、應(yīng)對方式、社會支持、個性特征等中介變量會引起個體自卑心理。本研究對高職學(xué)生自卑心理內(nèi)在機理的探究具有一定的理論意義。本研究根據(jù)自卑心理特質(zhì)形成機理,提出了高職學(xué)生自卑心理干預(yù)機制:(1)預(yù)防性干預(yù)機制。加強心理危機排查,開展專項自卑心理教育;培養(yǎng)學(xué)生成熟的心理防衛(wèi)機制;提高學(xué)生的挫折承受力。(2)應(yīng)對性干預(yù)機制。培育良好的家庭環(huán)境,開通家庭心理支持系統(tǒng);學(xué)校加強心理健康教育,構(gòu)建自卑學(xué)生心理幫扶系統(tǒng);引導(dǎo)正向的社會影響,加大高職學(xué)生的社會支持。(3)個案和團體跟蹤干預(yù)機制。本干預(yù)機制的提出對高職院校及其學(xué)生管理工作有一定的實踐意義。
[Abstract]:The process of mass development of higher education in our country is accelerated, and the higher vocational colleges are developing rapidly. However, due to the short history of most higher vocational colleges, the management system is not perfect, the quality of students is general, and the social recognition of the government is relatively low. The poor quality of employment and other factors, compared with ordinary college students, higher vocational students bear more psychological pressure, their inferiority complex psychology is more prominent, has seriously affected the healthy growth of vocational students. On the basis of summarizing the present situation of the research on inferiority complex at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the types, characteristics and causes of inferiority complex of vocational college students through questionnaire and case interviews, and probes into its internal mechanism. It is very important and significant for the development of higher vocational schools and the healthy development of students to construct the psychological intervention mechanism of inferiority complex of higher vocational students. Four representative vocational colleges in Shaanxi Province (Shaanxi National Defense Industry Vocational and Technical College, Xi'an Aeronautical Vocational and Technical College, Shaanxi Industrial Vocational and Technical College and Shaanxi Art Vocational College) are selected as the research objects. By using the method of questionnaire and case interview, four types of inferiority complex of higher vocational college students are concluded: environmental factor inferiority complex type, motivation and expectation high inferiority complex type, excessive determination ability insufficient inferiority complex type, personality cowardly inferiority complex type; Five psychological characteristics of inferiority complex of higher vocational students are obtained: universality, crisis, sensitivity, concealment and situational, and the model of inferiority complex psychological stress system is constructed. And deduces the formation mechanism of inferiority complex of higher vocational college students: after the stimulus of life events acting on the individual, the individual cognitive evaluation, coping style, social support, The intermediate variables such as personality characteristics will cause individual inferiority complex. This study has certain theoretical significance to explore the intrinsic mechanism of inferiority complex psychology of vocational college students. This study is based on the formation mechanism of inferiority complex psychological characteristics. This paper puts forward the preventive intervention mechanism for higher vocational students' inferiority complex psychological intervention mechanism, strengthens the investigation of psychological crisis, carries out special self-abasement psychological education, cultivates the mature psychological defense mechanism of students, and puts forward the following conclusions: 1. Improve students' frustration tolerance. 2) coping intervention mechanism, foster a good family environment, open a family psychological support system, strengthen mental health education in schools, build up a psychological support system for students with inferiority complex, guide the positive social impact. Increasing the social support of vocational college students and group tracking intervention mechanism. The proposed intervention mechanism has a certain practical significance for higher vocational colleges and their student management.
