大學(xué)生正念水平與主觀幸福感的關(guān)系:抑郁、自我控制的中介和調(diào)節(jié)作用

【摘要】:主觀幸福感指的是個(gè)體依照自身的評(píng)定標(biāo)準(zhǔn),對(duì)其生活滿意度、積極情感以及消極情感的體驗(yàn)。主觀幸福感作為心理健康水平的指標(biāo),是現(xiàn)代高校思想健康教育工作者關(guān)注的重點(diǎn),已經(jīng)成為研究者們研究的主要內(nèi)容。正念是指?jìng)(gè)體對(duì)注意的控制,客觀的觀察并接受當(dāng)下發(fā)生的身心狀態(tài)和變化。正念作為認(rèn)知和行為療法第三浪潮,受到越來越多的研究者的青睞。抑郁是指?jìng)(gè)體在遭遇生活中遇到不良事件時(shí)所產(chǎn)生的痛苦、悲傷等負(fù)面情緒體驗(yàn),并由此引發(fā)的一系列生理和心理癥狀以及行為問題;自我控制是指?jìng)(gè)體通過對(duì)自身情緒、行為的管理,抑制沖動(dòng)行為與習(xí)慣性行為反應(yīng),并且有意識(shí)的調(diào)節(jié)內(nèi)部心理活動(dòng)以及外顯行為,從而讓自身符合社會(huì)規(guī)范或達(dá)到某種目標(biāo)。個(gè)體的抑郁和自我控制對(duì)于一個(gè)人的健康人格、良好的人際關(guān)系等方面培養(yǎng)與發(fā)展有至關(guān)重要的作用。以往的研究發(fā)現(xiàn)個(gè)體的正念水平除了直接對(duì)主觀幸福感產(chǎn)生影響之外,兩者之間還可能存在其他影響因素,抑郁和自我控制是影響個(gè)體主觀幸福感的重要內(nèi)部因素,因此本研究引入了抑郁和自我控制兩變量,一方面了解大學(xué)生正念水平、抑郁、自我控制和主觀幸福感的總體情況;另一方面圍繞正念水平和主觀幸福感的關(guān)系,探討抑郁和自我控制在兩者之間的作用機(jī)制。本研究運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)綜述法,對(duì)已有研究進(jìn)行深入的分析與探討,隨后采用問卷調(diào)查法對(duì)四川省四所高校不同性別、年級(jí)、生源地和獨(dú)生與非獨(dú)生女子的800名本科生進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究。研究不僅豐富了大學(xué)生正念水平和主觀幸福感的研究成果,并且針對(duì)如何提高主觀幸福感提出了相關(guān)建議。研究得出以下結(jié)論:1、大學(xué)生正念水平在性別、年級(jí)、以及獨(dú)生子女上不存在差異,在生源地上存在顯著性差異;其分維度在性別、年級(jí)、生源地以及獨(dú)生子女上存在顯著性差異;2、大學(xué)生抑郁在性別、獨(dú)生子女上不存在差異,在年級(jí)、生源地上存在顯著性差異;3、大學(xué)生自我控制在性別、生源地上不存在差異,在年級(jí)、獨(dú)生子女上存在顯著性差異;其分維度在性別、生源地上存在顯著性差異;4、大學(xué)生主觀幸福感在性別、年級(jí)、生源地以及獨(dú)生子女上不存在差異;分維度在獨(dú)生子女上存在顯著性差異;5、大學(xué)生正念水平、抑郁和主觀幸福感呈兩兩顯著相關(guān);6、抑郁在大學(xué)生正念水平與主觀幸福感之間具有部分中介效應(yīng);7、自我控制在大學(xué)生正念水平與主觀幸福感之間具有調(diào)節(jié)效應(yīng);8、抑郁對(duì)大學(xué)生正念水平與主觀幸福感的中介作用受到了自我控制的調(diào)節(jié),即存在一個(gè)有調(diào)節(jié)的中介效應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:Subjective Well-being refers to an individual's experience of life satisfaction, positive emotion and negative emotion according to his own assessment criteria. Subjective Well-being (SWB) is used as an indicator of the level of mental health. It is the focus of the ideological and health education workers in modern colleges and universities, and has become the main research content of researchers. Mindfulness refers to the individual control of attention. As the third wave of cognitive and behavioral therapy, mindfulness, as the third wave of cognitive and behavioral therapy, is favored by more and more researchers. Sadness and other negative emotional experiences, and a series of physical and psychological symptoms and behavioral problems; Self-control refers to the suppression of impulsive behavior and habitual behavior by controlling one's own emotions and behaviors. And consciously regulate internal psychological activities and explicit behavior, so that they conform to social norms or achieve certain goals. Individual depression and self-control for a person's healthy personality, Cultivation and development of good interpersonal relationships play an important role. Previous studies have found that there may be other influencing factors between the two factors in addition to the direct impact on subjective well-being. Depression and self-control are important internal factors influencing individual subjective well-being, so this study introduces two variables of depression and self-control, on the one hand, to understand the overall situation of college students' mindfulness, depression, self-control and subjective well-being; On the other hand, the relationship between the level of mindfulness and subjective well-being is discussed, and the mechanism of depression and self-control is discussed. Then a questionnaire survey was conducted on 800 undergraduates with different gender, grade, student origin and only and non-only child in four universities in Sichuan province. The research not only enriches the research results of the level of mindfulness and subjective well-being of college students. And put forward the relevant suggestions on how to improve subjective well-being. The following conclusions: 1, there are no differences in the level of mindfulness of college students in gender, grade, and only child, there are significant differences in the origin of students; There were significant differences in gender, grade, origin of students and only child. 2. There was no difference in depression among college students, there was no difference in only child, there was significant difference in grade and source of students, and the self-control of college students was in gender. There is no difference in the origin of students, but there is significant difference in grade and only child. 4, the subjective well-being of college students is in gender, grade. There is no difference in the origin of students and the only child, and there is significant difference in the dimension of the only child. 5, the level of mindfulness of college students. Depression and subjective well-being were significantly correlated with depression. Depression had a partial mediating effect between the level of mindfulness and subjective well-being of college students. Self-control had a regulatory effect between the level of mindfulness and subjective well-being of college students. The mediating effect of depression on the level of mindfulness and subjective well-being of college students is regulated by self-control. That is, there is a regulated intermediary effect.
