校園欺凌的心理因素和治理方法:心理學(xué)的視角

【摘要】:校園欺凌事件因其惡性影響在近年來受到人們普遍關(guān)注。校園欺凌在國內(nèi)外均有一定的發(fā)生率。欺凌行為的發(fā)生,有欺凌者自身的原因,也有社會性的原因,治理欺凌行為需要對不同原因有充分理解。被欺凌者往往因為其與眾不同而被欺凌,他們是被同情的對象,但是也正因為它們不自主地展現(xiàn)出心理弱勢而"吸引"沖突的另一方欺凌自己。增強被欺凌者的自尊與自強,才能從本源上遏制欺凌現(xiàn)象的發(fā)生。家庭、學(xué)校、社會環(huán)境共同影響著欺凌事件。當(dāng)三者都倡導(dǎo)自由、平等、支持、親密等價值時,校園欺凌數(shù)量便會大大減少。治理校園欺凌,應(yīng)當(dāng)以問題為中心,從個人、家庭、學(xué)校和社會多方面入手,實施標(biāo)本兼治的綜合治理策略。
[Abstract]:In recent years, campus bullying has attracted widespread attention because of its malignant effects. There is a certain incidence of bullying at home and abroad. The occurrence of bullying has its own reasons, as well as social reasons. Dealing with bullying requires a full understanding of different causes. Bullies are often bullied because they are different, and they are the object of sympathy. But it is also because of their involuntary display of psychological weakness that they "attract" the other side of the conflict to bully themselves. Only by enhancing the bullied person's self-esteem and self-empowerment can the occurrence of bullying be curbed at its source. Families, schools, When all three advocate the values of freedom, equality, support and intimacy, the number of bullying on campus will be greatly reduced. The management of bullying on campus should be problem-centered, from the individual to the family. School and social aspects of the implementation of comprehensive management strategy of both symptoms and symptoms.
