綜合干預模式對農(nóng)村留守初中生心理健康干預效果研究

【摘要】:目的評估學!彝ァ獋人綜合干預對農(nóng)村留守中學生心理健康的即時效果和遠期效果,為農(nóng)村留守中學生心理健康干預提供建議和依據(jù)。方法采用中國中學生心理健康量表篩查遵義地區(qū)6所農(nóng)村中學心理健康水平差的留守初中生,選取其中3所學校的55名學生為實驗組進行綜合干預,另3所學校選取53名學生為對照組。在干預前后及干預結(jié)束6個月后3個時間點進行評估。結(jié)果干預后,實驗組抑郁、人際關(guān)系敏感等因子得分均較對照組低(1.79±0.27與2.57±0.50;1.64±0.37與2.68±0.49);干預結(jié)束6個月后,實驗組抑郁、人際關(guān)系敏感等因子得分均較對照組低(1.85±0.30與2.50±0.46;1.81±0.40與2.55±0.51),差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P值均0.01)。干預后,實驗組在表達看法、了解自己、增加自信、樂于分享、感覺活動經(jīng)驗有意義、感覺信任和坦誠方面得分均比干預前升高,差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P值均0.05)。結(jié)論綜合干預對留守初中生心理健康水平具有較好的改善效果,并隨著時間的推移,效果得以保持。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the immediate and long-term effects of comprehensive intervention of school-family and individual on the mental health of left-behind middle school students in rural areas. Methods the mental health scale of Chinese middle school students was used to screen the left-behind junior middle school students with poor mental health level in 6 rural middle schools in Zunyi area. 55 students from 3 schools were selected as the experimental group and 53 students as the control group. The patients were evaluated before and after the intervention and at 3 time points after the end of the intervention. Results after the intervention, the experimental group was depressed. The scores of interpersonal sensitivity were 1.79 鹵0.27 and 2.57 鹵0.50 1.64 鹵0.37 and 2.68 鹵0.49 respectively, and the scores of depression and interpersonal sensitivity were 1.85 鹵0.30 and 2.50 鹵0.46 鹵1.81 鹵0.40 and 2.55 鹵0.51g respectively in the experimental group 6 months after the intervention. In the experimental group, the scores of expressing opinions, knowing oneself, increasing self-confidence, being willing to share, feeling meaningful activity experience, feeling trust and honesty were higher than those before intervention. Conclusion Comprehensive intervention has a better effect on mental health of left-behind junior high school students, and the effect can be maintained with the passage of time.
