【摘要】：復(fù)吸傾向是吸毒者經(jīng)過(guò)戒毒后,又重新吸毒的一種傾向或行為。復(fù)吸是影響戒毒效果的關(guān)鍵因素,其受“身體-社會(huì)-心理”因素的影響。本研究通過(guò)對(duì)貴州省某戒毒所女性戒毒人員進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,發(fā)放1000份問(wèn)卷。研究女性戒毒人員人格特質(zhì)與復(fù)吸的關(guān)系,以應(yīng)對(duì)方式和領(lǐng)悟社會(huì)支持為中介變量。研究結(jié)果顯示,僅消極應(yīng)對(duì)在開放性人格及領(lǐng)悟社會(huì)支持上相關(guān)不顯著,其他相關(guān)均達(dá)到顯著。外向型、嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)性、開放性、宜人性人格到復(fù)吸傾向,直接效應(yīng)顯著,且以積極的應(yīng)付方式和領(lǐng)悟社會(huì)支持為鏈?zhǔn)街薪?以消極的應(yīng)付方式為串式中介。神經(jīng)性人格到復(fù)吸傾向,直接效應(yīng)顯著,高神經(jīng)性人格的女性戒毒人員復(fù)吸傾向也高。研究結(jié)論:(1)女性戒毒人員的人格影響著復(fù)吸傾向。(2)女性戒毒人員的人格外向性、宜人性、嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)性、開放性越低,神經(jīng)質(zhì)越高,領(lǐng)悟社會(huì)支持的能力越低,復(fù)吸傾向越高。(3)女性戒毒人員的人格人格外向性、宜人性、嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)性、開放性越低,神經(jīng)質(zhì)越高,越傾向于采取消極應(yīng)對(duì)方式,復(fù)吸傾向越高。(4)神經(jīng)性是影響個(gè)體復(fù)吸的重要人格特質(zhì)。
[Abstract]:Relapse propensity is a tendency or behavior of drug addicts who, after detoxification, returns to drug use. Relapse is a key factor affecting the effectiveness of drug addiction. This study investigated the relationship between personality traits and relapse among female drug addicts in a drug abstinence center in Guizhou province. Using coping style and perceived social support as mediating variables, the results showed that negative coping was not significantly correlated with open personality and perceived social support, but other correlations were significant. The direct effect from personality to relapse is significant, with positive coping style and perceived social support as chain intermediary, negative coping style as serial medium, neurotic personality to relapse tendency, direct effect is significant. Female drug addicts with high neurotic personality are also highly prone to relapse. Conclusion: 1) the personality of female drug addicts affects the tendency of relapse. 2) the personality of female drug addicts is extroverted, suitable for human nature, rigorous and open, and the more neurotic, the more neurotic. The lower the ability to comprehend social support, the higher the relapse tendency.) the personality of female drug addicts is extroverted, pleasant to human nature, rigorous, open, the higher the neuroticism, the more inclined to adopt the negative coping style. The higher the relapse tendency, the higher the neuroticism is the important personality trait that affects the individual relapse.
