繪本為主的讀書治療對(duì)小學(xué)中年級(jí)兒童自我概念的影響研究

【摘要】:自我概念是自我意識(shí)的重要組成部分,是人格的核心成分之一。自我概念是心理學(xué)研究的重要研究之一,也是小學(xué)生心理健康教育的重點(diǎn)。本研究采用讀書治療的方式,以繪本為工具,對(duì)自我概念水平較低的兒童進(jìn)行輔導(dǎo),為兒童自我概念的輔導(dǎo)增加一種新的可能,豐富了國內(nèi)讀書治療領(lǐng)域的內(nèi)容。本研究以自我概念為主題,開展輔導(dǎo)活動(dòng),對(duì)促進(jìn)兒童的自我意識(shí)發(fā)展有著積極的影響。 本研究以問卷調(diào)查為基礎(chǔ),篩選出20名被試,實(shí)驗(yàn)組與對(duì)照組各10人。對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)組被試進(jìn)行每周一次、共十次的繪本輔導(dǎo)方案的干預(yù),對(duì)照組不進(jìn)行任何繪本輔導(dǎo)方案的活動(dòng),,嘗試探討以繪本為主的讀書治療對(duì)小學(xué)中年級(jí)低自我概念兒童的影響,研究結(jié)果表明: (1)以繪本為主的讀書治療對(duì)小學(xué)中年級(jí)兒童有輔導(dǎo)效果,干預(yù)效果顯著。 (2)以繪本為主的讀書治療能夠有效提高小學(xué)中年級(jí)兒童的自我概念。 (3)以繪本為主的讀書治療對(duì)小學(xué)中年級(jí)兒童在自我概念中的行為、智力與學(xué)校情況、軀體與外貌屬性、焦慮、幸福與滿足等因子有顯著改善,但合群因子未達(dá)到顯著水平。
[Abstract]:Self-concept is an important part of self-consciousness and one of the core components of personality. Self-concept is one of the important researches in psychology and the focus of mental health education of primary school students. By using picture book as a tool, children with low self-concept level are counseled, which adds a new possibility to the guidance of children self-concept and enriches the content in the field of reading therapy in China. This study takes self-concept as the theme and carries out counseling activities. It has a positive effect on promoting the development of children's self-consciousness. Based on a questionnaire survey, 20 subjects were selected, 10 in the experimental group and 10 in the control group. The subjects in the experimental group were interfered with the picture book counseling program once a week for a total of 10 times, while the control group did not carry out any activities of the picture book counseling program. This paper attempts to explore the effects of picture book based therapy on children with low self-concept in the middle and middle grade of primary school. The results show that:. 1) the reading therapy based on picture book has a good effect on the children in the middle grade of primary school, and the effect of intervention is remarkable. Reading therapy based on picture book can effectively improve self-concept of middle-grade children. 3) the reading therapy based on picture book improved significantly the behavior, intelligence and school condition, body and appearance attribute, anxiety, happiness and satisfaction of children in middle and middle grade of primary school, but the group factor did not reach the significant level.
