大學(xué)生工作自決力的內(nèi)容結(jié)構(gòu)及其相關(guān)研究

【摘要】:本文采用組織行為學(xué)的研究方法,以高校本科生和研究生為樣本,在文獻(xiàn)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,通過問卷調(diào)查,對(duì)回收的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行探索性因素分析、驗(yàn)證性因素分析以及回歸分析,對(duì)工作自決力的結(jié)構(gòu)以及與相關(guān)變量的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了實(shí)證探討。 主要結(jié)論如下: 1.工作自決力由能力自決力、環(huán)境自決力、發(fā)展自決力和經(jīng)濟(jì)自決力四個(gè)因素構(gòu)成。工作自決力問卷具有良好的信度和效度,符合心理測量學(xué)要求。 2.回歸分析的結(jié)果顯示: (1)積極應(yīng)對(duì)方式對(duì)工作自決力及其各維度存在顯著的正向影響; (2)工作自決力及其各維度對(duì)大學(xué)生主觀幸福感具有顯著的正向預(yù)測作用; (3)工作自決力對(duì)職業(yè)選擇效能具有顯著的正向作用。 3.層次回歸分析的結(jié)果表明: (1)職業(yè)選擇效能在工作自決力和主觀幸福感之間的關(guān)系起部分中介作用; (2)社會(huì)支持在工作自決力和主觀幸福感之間存在顯著的調(diào)節(jié)效應(yīng),大學(xué)生的社會(huì)支持感越高,,工作自決力和主觀幸福感之間的正向關(guān)系越強(qiáng)。 4.單因素方差分析及T檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,不同性別或生源地的大學(xué)生環(huán)境自決力存在顯著的差異;不同家庭年總收入大學(xué)生的能力自決力和經(jīng)濟(jì)自決力存在顯著的差異。
[Abstract]:In this paper, we adopt the research method of organizational behavior, take undergraduate and graduate students as samples, on the basis of literature research, through questionnaire, carry on exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and regression analysis to the recovered data. The structure of work self-determination and its relationship with relevant variables are discussed empirically. The main conclusions are as follows:. 1. The work self-determination is composed of four factors: the ability to self-determination, the environment self-determination, the development self-determination and the economic self-determination. The questionnaire of work self-determination has good reliability and validity, which meets the requirements of psychometrics. 2. The results of regression analysis show that:. (1) positive coping style had a significant positive effect on work self-determination and its dimensions; 2) Self-determination of work and its dimensions have significant positive predictive effect on college students' subjective well-being; 3) the ability of job self-determination has a significant positive effect on the efficiency of career selection. 3. The results of hierarchical regression analysis show that:. 1) the relationship between job self-determination and subjective well-being is partly mediated by job selection efficacy; 2) Social support has a significant regulatory effect between work self-determination and subjective well-being. The higher the sense of social support, the stronger the positive relationship between work self-determination and subjective well-being. 4. The results of ANOVA and T test showed that there were significant differences in the environmental self-determination ability of college students with different gender or place of origin, and there were significant differences in the ability and economic self-determination ability of college students with different annual family income.
