【摘要】：產(chǎn)后抑郁是產(chǎn)后時期出現(xiàn)的抑郁癥狀,對女性及其后代甚至家人都會造成嚴重的負面影響。產(chǎn)后抑郁穩(wěn)定的預(yù)測因素是遺傳基因、依戀風格、童年負性生活經(jīng)歷和激素水平的變化;涉及的腦區(qū)和神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)集中在前額葉皮層、扣帶回、杏仁核和海馬等腦區(qū)及相應(yīng)神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)。未來應(yīng)在探索綜合的預(yù)測模型、男性伴侶的對照試驗和基于大腦可塑性特征的干預(yù)模式等方面展開深入研究。
[Abstract]:Postpartum depression is a depressive symptom that occurs during the postpartum period, which can cause severe negative effects on women, their offspring and even their families. The predictors of postpartum depression stability are genetic genes, attachment styles, and so on. Changes in childhood negative life experiences and hormone levels; the brain regions and neural networks involved are concentrated in the prefrontal cortex, cingulate gyrus, amygdala and hippocampus, and the corresponding neural networks. A controlled trial of male partners and an intervention model based on the characteristics of brain plasticity were carried out.
