【摘要】：隨著生活水平的提高，人口老齡化進(jìn)程的加快，越來越多的學(xué)者開始關(guān)注老年人的休閑生活。本研究旨在編制適用于老年人的休閑滿意度、流暢體驗(yàn)問卷，，并探討老年人休閑滿意度、流暢體驗(yàn)的特點(diǎn)及其與主觀幸福感的關(guān)系。 在文獻(xiàn)綜述、開放式調(diào)查與專家意見的基礎(chǔ)上，編制了31個(gè)項(xiàng)目的老年人休閑滿意度初始問卷和30個(gè)項(xiàng)目的老年人流暢體驗(yàn)初始問卷。分別從重慶市各地區(qū)抽取200名、350名老人作為預(yù)測(cè)樣本和正式施測(cè)樣本，分別收回有效問卷154份、302份。休閑滿意度探索性因素分析抽取了休閑社會(huì)滿意度和休閑環(huán)境滿意度兩個(gè)維度，共9個(gè)項(xiàng)目，累計(jì)方差解釋率為51.987%；驗(yàn)證性因素分析驗(yàn)證了結(jié)構(gòu)的有效性，各擬合指數(shù)分別是χ2/df=3.649，RMSEA=0.094，CFI=0.929；總問卷的內(nèi)部一致性系數(shù)為0.755，各維度的α系數(shù)在0.771-0.846之間。流暢體驗(yàn)探索性因素分析抽取了控制感、流暢感、明確的目標(biāo)三個(gè)維度，共11個(gè)項(xiàng)目，累計(jì)方差解釋率為55.124%；驗(yàn)證性因素分析驗(yàn)證了結(jié)構(gòu)的有效性，各擬合指數(shù)分別是χ2/df=7.246，RMSEA=0.144，CFI=0.791；總問卷的內(nèi)部一致性系數(shù)為0.849，各維度的α系數(shù)在0.620-0.795之間。分析了老年人休閑滿意度、流暢體驗(yàn)的特點(diǎn)及現(xiàn)狀，探討了老年人休閑滿意度、流暢體驗(yàn)與主觀幸福感的關(guān)系。結(jié)論如下： (1)自編老年人休閑滿意度問卷包括兩個(gè)因素：休閑社會(huì)滿意度和休閑環(huán)境滿意度。自編老年人流暢體驗(yàn)問卷包括三個(gè)因素：控制感、流暢感、明確的目標(biāo)。問卷具有良好的信、效度，能夠作為研究的測(cè)量工具。 (2)老年人休閑滿意度、流暢體驗(yàn)總體水平較高。 (3)不同性別、年齡段的老人在休閑滿意度上存在不同程度的顯著差異；不同地區(qū)、職業(yè)、教育程度、婚姻狀況、經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況、健康狀況的老人在流暢體驗(yàn)上存在不同程度的顯著差異。 (4)不同地區(qū)、職業(yè)、教育程度、婚姻狀況、經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況、健康狀況在休閑滿意度上均不存在顯著差異；不同年齡段以及不同性別的老人在流暢體驗(yàn)上均不存在顯著差異。 (5)老年人休閑滿意度、流暢體驗(yàn)與主觀幸福感呈顯著正相關(guān)，且能有效預(yù)測(cè)主觀幸福感水平。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of living standards and the acceleration of population aging, more and more scholars begin to pay attention to the leisure life of the elderly. The characteristics of leisure satisfaction, fluency and subjective well-being of the elderly were also discussed. On the basis of literature review, open investigation and expert opinion, An initial questionnaire for leisure satisfaction of the elderly in 31 projects and an initial questionnaire for the fluency experience of the elderly in 30 projects were developed. 200 or 350 elderly people from various regions of Chongqing were selected as prediction samples and formal test samples respectively. 154 valid questionnaires were collected respectively. The exploratory factor analysis of leisure satisfaction selected two dimensions of leisure social satisfaction and leisure environment satisfaction. The cumulative variance interpretation rate was 51.987. The validity of the structure was verified by confirmatory factor analysis. The fitting indexes were 蠂 2 / dfn3.649 RMSEAA 0.094 / CFI0.929.The internal consistency coefficient of the total questionnaire was 0.755, and the 偽 coefficient of each dimension was between 0.771-0.846. The exploratory factor analysis of fluency experience extracted three dimensions of control, fluency and clear objectives. The accumulative variance explanation rate was 55.124, the validity of the structure was verified by confirmatory factor analysis, and the fitting indexes were 蠂 2 / df/ 7.246 RMSEAA 0.144 CFI 0.791.The internal consistency coefficient of the total questionnaire was 0.849, and the 偽 coefficient of each dimension was 0.620-0.795. The leisure satisfaction degree of the elderly was analyzed. The characteristics and present situation of fluent experience are discussed, and the relationship between leisure satisfaction, smooth experience and subjective well-being of the elderly is discussed. The conclusions are as follows:. The questionnaire includes two factors: social satisfaction of leisure and satisfaction of leisure environment. The questionnaire includes three factors: sense of control, sense of fluency, clear goal. Validity, can be used as a measurement tool for research. 2) the satisfaction degree of leisure and the level of fluency experience are higher. (3) there were significant differences in leisure satisfaction among different gender and age groups, such as different regions, occupation, education, marital status, economic status, etc. There were significant differences in fluency experience among healthy elderly people. (4) there were no significant differences in leisure satisfaction among different regions, occupation, education, marriage, economic status and health status, but there was no significant difference in fluency experience among old people of different ages and different genders. 5) the leisure satisfaction, smooth experience and subjective well-being of the elderly were positively correlated, and could effectively predict the level of subjective well-being.
