大學(xué)生自我效能感、生活節(jié)奏與心理健康的關(guān)系—四年追蹤研究

【摘要】:大學(xué)生處于人生的重要轉(zhuǎn)折階段,大學(xué)生的心理健康也一直是心理學(xué)研究關(guān)注的重點(diǎn)。本研究跟蹤調(diào)查了765名大學(xué)生的自我效能感、生活節(jié)奏和心理健康發(fā)展變化情況,分析大學(xué)生不同自我效能感、生活節(jié)奏對(duì)心理健康的影響。通過(guò)采用自我效能感量表(GSES)、生活節(jié)奏問(wèn)卷(The Life Rhythm Scale)、積極心理健康量表(Positive Mental Health Scale-9),對(duì)大學(xué)生自我效能感、生活節(jié)奏、心理健康連續(xù)四年跟蹤。研究表明自我效能感、生活節(jié)奏與心理健康的三者之間存在密切關(guān)系,并且存在不同的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)大學(xué)生每年的自我效能感與心理健康均存在顯著相關(guān),每年的自我效能感都可以顯著預(yù)測(cè)當(dāng)年的心理健康,其中大二的自我效能感還可以顯著預(yù)測(cè)大三和大四的心理健康。(2)大學(xué)生每年的生活節(jié)奏與心理健康均存在顯著相關(guān),每年的生活節(jié)奏都可以顯著預(yù)測(cè)當(dāng)年的心理健康。(3)大學(xué)生的自我效能感在大三時(shí)處于最低水平,在大四時(shí)處于最高水平。(4)大四的自我效能感存在顯著的經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況差異。三年的自我效能感均不存在顯著的性別差異,也不存在顯著的生源地差異。(5)大學(xué)生的生活節(jié)奏在大二時(shí)最為規(guī)律,在大一時(shí)最為不規(guī)律。(6)大一、大二和大四時(shí)城市大學(xué)生的生活節(jié)奏顯著比農(nóng)村大學(xué)生的生活節(jié)奏更加規(guī)律。大一和大四時(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)條件好的學(xué)生的生活節(jié)奏顯著比經(jīng)濟(jì)條件不好的學(xué)生的生活節(jié)奏更加規(guī)律。四年生活節(jié)奏均不存在顯著的性別差異。(7)大學(xué)生的心理健康水平呈顯著增長(zhǎng),心理健康穩(wěn)定發(fā)展,每年的心理健康都可以顯著預(yù)測(cè)追蹤的心理健康。(8)大學(xué)四年里,女生的心理健康顯著高于男生的心理健康。農(nóng)村大學(xué)生的心理健康在大四時(shí)顯著低于城市大學(xué)生的心理健康。經(jīng)濟(jì)條件好的大學(xué)生在大一、大三和大四的心理健康顯著高于經(jīng)濟(jì)條件不好的學(xué)生。(9)每年的生活節(jié)奏在自我效能感對(duì)當(dāng)年的心理健康影響中發(fā)揮中介作用。生活節(jié)奏在自我效能感對(duì)追蹤的心理健康影響中同樣發(fā)揮中介作用。
[Abstract]:College students are at an important turning point in their lives, and their mental health has always been the focus of psychological research. This study investigated 765 college students' self-efficacy, life rhythm and changes in their mental health. This paper analyzes the influence of different self-efficacy and life rhythm on college students' mental health. By using the self-efficacy scale, the Life Rhythm scale, and the positive Mental Health Scale-9, the self-efficacy and life rhythm of college students are studied. Mental health has been tracked for four consecutive years. Studies have shown that there is a close relationship between self-efficacy, rhythm of life and mental health. The results show that there is a significant correlation between self-efficacy and mental health of college students, and that self-efficacy can predict mental health significantly. The sense of self-efficacy of sophomore students can also significantly predict the mental health of junior and senior students.) there is a significant correlation between the rhythm of life and mental health of college students every year. The rhythm of life every year can significantly predict the mental health of college students in that year.) the sense of self-efficacy of college students is at the lowest level when they are in the third year of college. There were significant differences in the economic status of self-efficacy in senior students, but there was no significant gender difference in self-efficacy in three years. There is also no significant difference in the origin of students. 5) the rhythm of life of college students is the most regular in the sophomore year and the most irregular in the freshman year. The rhythm of life of urban college students in sophomore and senior years was significantly more regular than that of rural college students. The rhythm of life of students with good economic conditions in freshmen and senior years was significantly higher than that of students with poor economic conditions. There was no significant gender difference in the rhythm of life in four years. (7) the mental health level of college students increased significantly. Mental health develops steadily, and every year's mental health can significantly predict the tracked mental health.) for four years, The mental health of female students was significantly higher than that of boys. The mental health of rural college students was significantly lower than that of urban college students in their senior year. The mental health of junior and senior students is significantly higher than that of students with poor financial condition.) the rhythm of life plays an intermediary role in the influence of self-efficacy on mental health in that year. Health effects also play an intermediary role.
