【摘要】：自我效能感是個體應(yīng)對不同環(huán)境的需求或面臨新環(huán)境時的一種總體性的自信心。自我效能感對于大學(xué)生的生活、學(xué)習(xí)、就業(yè)、人際交往以及戀愛婚姻乃至身心健康來說都是必備的心理素養(yǎng)。本研究將薩提亞模式的理念、技術(shù)與傳統(tǒng)團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)方案相結(jié)合,同時考慮到理論、活動、目標(biāo)和群體特征的整合,從而構(gòu)建出一套以薩提亞理論模式為基礎(chǔ)的輔導(dǎo)方案。運用問卷法和實驗法,對于大學(xué)生自我效能感水平進(jìn)行現(xiàn)狀研究和團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)實驗研究。本研究中自變量即為實驗處理,也就是本研究的薩提亞模式團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)方案,該方案分為團(tuán)體創(chuàng)始階段、過渡階段、工作階段和結(jié)束階段。本研究因變量有兩個,其一為量化評估,即自我效能感量表的得分為衡量指標(biāo)。其二為質(zhì)化評估,通過團(tuán)體滿意度問卷考察團(tuán)體成員接受薩提亞模式團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)后的效果。大學(xué)生自我效能感總體特點研究中被試人數(shù)220人,實驗研究中被試人數(shù)20人。經(jīng)過現(xiàn)狀研究和實驗研究發(fā)現(xiàn):大學(xué)生自我效能感不存在性別、年級、專業(yè)等人口學(xué)變量上的差異;薩提亞模式團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)可以有效改善大學(xué)生自我效能感,其前后測的增量水平顯著高于對照組的增量水平;大學(xué)生自我效能感薩提亞模式團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)方案必須將理論、目標(biāo)、活動、群體特征相結(jié)合,如此才能體現(xiàn)團(tuán)輔方案的有效性;在自我探索、冥想、家庭重塑等活動的基礎(chǔ)上,大學(xué)生自我效能感薩提亞模式團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)方案應(yīng)發(fā)揮情感支持、嘗試積極體驗、發(fā)展適應(yīng)性的行為和重建理性認(rèn)知的作用,才能對團(tuán)輔群體產(chǎn)生影響。
[Abstract]:The sense of self-efficacy is a kind of overall self-confidence when an individual responds to the needs of different environments or faces a new environment. Self-efficacy is of great importance to the life, study and employment of college students. Interpersonal communication, love, marriage and even physical and mental health are essential psychological qualities. This study combines the ideas and techniques of the Satia model with traditional group counseling programs, taking into account theories, activities, The integration of target and group characteristics, so as to construct a counseling program based on the model of Satya's theory, using questionnaire method and experimental method, In this study, the independent variable is the experimental treatment, which is the group counseling program of the Satya model, which is divided into the group founding stage, and the self-efficacy level of the college students is studied in the present study, the independent variable in this study is the experimental treatment, that is, the group counseling program of the Satia model in this study. There are two dependent variables in this study, one is quantitative evaluation, the other is qualitative evaluation. Group satisfaction questionnaire was used to investigate the effect of group members receiving group counseling under the Satya model. 220 students were enrolled in the study on the general characteristics of college students' self-efficacy. There were 20 subjects in the experiment. It was found that there were no differences in demographic variables such as gender, grade, specialty and so on. Group counseling in Satya model can effectively improve the sense of self-efficacy of college students, and the increment level before and after testing is significantly higher than that of the control group, and the group counseling program of the model of students' self-efficacy must be based on theory, goal and activity. On the basis of self-exploration, meditation, family remodeling and other activities, the group counseling program of students' self-efficacy sense of Satia should give full play to emotional support. Only by actively experiencing, developing adaptive behavior and reconstructing rational cognition, can the group be affected.
