【摘要】：目的分析城市老年慢性病患者的心理健康狀況及其與社會支持的關(guān)系。方法采取隨機抽樣方式,應(yīng)用癥狀自評量表(SCL-90)和社會支持評定量表(SSRS)對長沙市雨花區(qū)仁和醫(yī)院內(nèi)科明確診斷患有慢性病的451名老年患者及448名非慢性病老年患者進行心理健康和社會支持問卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果城市老年慢性病患者的社會支持與非慢性病老年人群相比,獲得社會支持少(P0.05),其中病程≥5年患者的社會支持各項分值均高于病程5年患者(P0.05);城市老年慢性病患者的心理健康分值均低于非慢性病老年人群(P0.05),其中病程5年的患者心理健康各項分值均高于病程≥5年的患者(P0.05);城市老年慢性病患者的心理健康與主觀支持、支持利用度均呈正相關(guān)(P0.05)。結(jié)論城市慢性病老年患者的心理健康狀況總體偏差,其受到社會支持某些方面的影響。應(yīng)為其營造良好的生活環(huán)境,同時加強慢性病知識的宣傳和教育,使其及早了解相關(guān)疾病知識,以緩解慢性病帶來的心理壓力。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the mental health status of the elderly patients with chronic diseases in urban areas and its relationship with social support.
