【摘要】：主動性人格(proactive personality)作為一種獨特的人格特質,指采取積極行動去影響所處環(huán)境的一種個體傾向。主動性高的個體善于發(fā)現(xiàn)機會,抓住機會,并且不斷地堅持目標。研究者梳理了主動性人格的起源和概念、測量方法,闡述了主動性人格的實施效果、中介機制和調節(jié)機制,強化了中國本土文化的權變作用。未來研究應繼續(xù)完善主動性人格的概念、開發(fā)符合時代特征的測量工具、拓展其研究層次與實施效果。
[Abstract]:Proactive Personality as a unique personality trait, it refers to an individual tendency to take positive actions to influence the environment in which they live. Highly motivated individuals are good at discovering opportunities and seizing them. The researcher combed the origin and concept of active personality, measured methods, expounded the effect of active personality, intermediary mechanism and regulation mechanism. The future research should continue to improve the concept of active personality, develop measurement tools in line with the characteristics of the times, and expand its research level and implementation effect.
