當代大學生尚“和”心理測量量表的編制

【摘要】:摘要:中國傳統(tǒng)文化非常重視“和”,尚“和”已經(jīng)成為中國人的集體潛意識。當代大學生既受傳統(tǒng)文化以和為貴的影響,又受到西方競爭意識、個性張揚、自我等思想的影響。有些大學生對待尚“和”的態(tài)度已經(jīng)出現(xiàn)歪曲理解。他們認為尚“和”會喪失自我、失去機會等等。因此研究尚“和”具有重要的理論價值和現(xiàn)實意義。 本研究采用文獻法、語義分析法、訪談法、問卷調(diào)查法對當代大學生的尚“和”心理進行系統(tǒng)探討,包括探討分析尚“和”心理的內(nèi)涵、運作過程、建構(gòu)尚“和”心理理論及編制尚“和”心理測量量表。 本研究將尚“和”劃分為四個維度,即尚“和”認知、尚“和”情緒、尚“和”動機、尚“和”行為。編制了大學生尚“和”心理測量量表,量表具有良好的信效度。 本研究得到如下結(jié)論: (l)尚“和”心理是一個多層次、多維度的心理結(jié)構(gòu)。研究結(jié)果與大學生尚“和”心理理論的構(gòu)想是一致的,大學生尚“和”心理可以分為尚“和”認知、尚“和”情緒、尚“和”動機、尚“和”行為四個維度。 (2)大學生尚“和”測量量表具有良好的信度和效度,可以作為測量尚“和”的適宜工具。 (3)總體而言,大學生的尚“和”水平普遍偏高,大部分的學生都比較認同尚“和”,認為在人際交往過程中應該以和為貴。 (4)在性別上,,尚“和”情緒和尚“和”行為兩個維度上存在男女性別差異,女大學生尚“和”情緒得分高于男大學生;女大學生尚“和”行為得分低于男大學生。這說明,女生在情緒上表現(xiàn)的較為尚“和”,但在行為上卻不如男生。 (5)在城鄉(xiāng)上,尚“和”情緒維度和總分上存在城鄉(xiāng)差異。城鎮(zhèn)大學生尚“和”情緒得分低于農(nóng)村大學生;城鎮(zhèn)大學生尚“和”總分得分低于農(nóng)村大學生。這說明農(nóng)村大學生要比城鎮(zhèn)大學生尚“和”水平高。 (6)所有維度和總分不存在獨生子女與非獨生子女、年級差異性。這說明,年級、獨生子女與非獨生子女對尚“和”水平?jīng)]有明顯的影響。
[Abstract]:Abstract : China ' s traditional culture attaches great importance to " and " , yet " and " has become the collective subconscious of Chinese people . Contemporary college students are influenced by traditional culture , and are influenced by western competition consciousness , personality , self - and so on . Some college students have distorted understanding of attitude towards " and " . They think that " and " will lose their self , loss of opportunity and so on . Therefore , the study of " and " has important theoretical value and practical significance . This research adopts the literature method , the semantic analysis method , the interview method , the questionnaire method to the contemporary college students ' " and " psychology , including the analysis of the " psychology " and " the psychological connotation , the operation process , the construction " and " psychological theory and the preparation of the Shang " and " psychological measurement scale . " This research has divided the " and " into four dimensions , namely " Shang" and " cognition , Shang " and " emotion , Shang " and " motivation , Shang " and " behavior " . The college students " and " psychological measurement scale " have been prepared , and the scale has good faith validity . The study has the following conclusions : ( l ) The " psychology is a multi - level , multi - dimensional psychological structure . " The results of the study are consistent with the concept of " college students " and " psychological theory " , " university students " and " psychology can be divided into " and " cognition , still " and " emotion , Shang " and " motive , Shang " and " behavior " four dimensions . ( 2 ) The college students " and " measurement scale have good reliability and validity , which can be used as a suitable tool for measuring " and " . ( 3 ) Generally speaking , college students ' " and " level is generally high , most students agree with " and " , think that in the process of interpersonal communication should be very harmonious . ( 4 ) There are gender differences between male and female , female college students and emotional scores above male students in two dimensions of gender , sex , and behavior , while female college students and behavior scores are lower than that of male students . This shows that girls are more " and " in emotional performance , but they are not as good as boys in behavior . ( 5 ) There are urban and rural differences in both the urban and rural areas , the " emotional dimension and the total score " . The " urban college students " and " mood scores are lower than that of the rural students " . The " urban college students " and " total scores " are lower than that of the rural students . This means that the rural students are still " and " higher than the urban students . ( 6 ) All dimensions and total scores do not have the difference between the only one child and the non - single child , the grade difference . This shows that there is no obvious influence on the " and " level between the first grade , the only child and the non - single child .
