廣州航運工作者工作幸福感的相關(guān)研究

【摘要】:隨著我國國民經(jīng)濟的持續(xù)高速發(fā)展,市場競爭愈演愈烈,企業(yè)對員工的要求大大提高,員工在面對越來越大的工作壓力、環(huán)境變化和社會變遷時出現(xiàn)了很多身心問題,因此有關(guān)員工的工作壓力、職業(yè)疲勞的話題得到社會的廣泛關(guān)注,其中工作幸福感這一概念得到了國內(nèi)外學(xué)者的關(guān)注。工作幸福感是員工在一系列因素的影響下,通過工作獲取生活資料,實現(xiàn)自身價值,達(dá)到的完美的真實的體驗,包含人們對所從事的工作各方面感受。包括工作價值、環(huán)境駕御、福利待遇、主動性、自我接受、人際關(guān)系、發(fā)展前景七個因素。隨著我國航運業(yè)不斷走強,船員數(shù)量穩(wěn)步增長,船員總量居世界第一,成為世界公認(rèn)的船員大國。船員的工作狀態(tài)和身心健康對我國發(fā)展國民經(jīng)濟、擴大對外開發(fā)有著至關(guān)重要的影響作用。有關(guān)航運工作者的研究大多停留在機械操作層面,對他們工作中的心理狀況研究較少,但是由于航運工作的特殊性導(dǎo)致航運工作者出現(xiàn)比普通工作者更多的心理問題,因此本研究以航運工作者的工作幸福感為切入點,,采用實證研究的方法,通過訪談法、問卷調(diào)查法和統(tǒng)計分析等方法對207名廣州地區(qū)航運工作者的工作幸福感及其影響因素進(jìn)行了分析研究,結(jié)論如下: (1)工作幸福感在人口統(tǒng)計學(xué)變量上存在顯著差異; (2)主動性人格對工作幸福感以及工作幸福感各維度有顯著正向預(yù)測作用; (3)焦慮情緒對工作幸福感以及工作幸福感各維度有顯著負(fù)向預(yù)測作用; (4)焦慮組和正常組在工作幸福感以及工作幸福感各維度上存在顯著差異,表現(xiàn)為焦慮組工作幸福感以及工作幸福感各維度的得分顯著低于正常組; (5)抑郁情緒對工作幸福感以及工作幸福感各維度有顯著負(fù)向預(yù)測作用; (6)抑郁組和正常組在工作幸福感以及工作幸福感各維度上存在顯著差異,表現(xiàn)為抑郁組工作幸福感以及工作幸福感各維度的得分顯著低于正常組; (7)工作幸福感以及工作幸福感各個維度對工作績效有顯著正向預(yù)測作用; (8)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)-成員交換理論在工作幸福感和工作績效之間的有部分中介效應(yīng)作用; (9)情緒調(diào)節(jié)中的重新評價策略在工作幸福感和工作績效之間的調(diào)節(jié)效應(yīng)不顯著。
[Abstract]:With the sustained and high speed development of our national economy, the market competition is becoming more and more intense, and the demands of the enterprises on the employees have been greatly raised. In the face of the increasing pressure of work, environmental changes and social changes, many physical and mental problems have emerged. Therefore, the topic of work stress and occupational fatigue has been widely concerned by the society, among which the concept of job well-being has been concerned by scholars both at home and abroad. Job well-being is affected by a series of factors. Through the work to obtain the means of life, to achieve their own value, to achieve the perfect real experience, including people's feelings about all aspects of the work, including work value, environmental control, welfare, initiative, self-acceptance, Interpersonal relations and development prospects are seven factors. With the continuous strengthening of the shipping industry in China, the number of crew members has steadily increased, and the total number of crew members ranks first in the world. The working state and physical and mental health of the crew has a vital influence on the development of our national economy and the expansion of external development. Most of the studies of the shipping workers remain at the level of mechanical operation. There are few researches on the psychological condition of their work, but because of the particularity of the shipping work, there are more psychological problems for the shipping workers than for the ordinary workers, so this study takes the work happiness of the shipping workers as the starting point. By using the method of empirical research, this paper analyzes 207 shipping workers' work well-being and its influencing factors by means of interview, questionnaire and statistical analysis. The conclusions are as follows:. (1) there were significant differences in job well being in demographics; (2) active personality has a significant positive predictive effect on job well being and all dimensions of job well being; 3) anxiety has a significant negative predictive effect on job well being and all dimensions of job well being. (4) there were significant differences between anxiety group and normal group in work well-being and job well-being, which showed that the scores of job well-being and job well-being in anxiety group were significantly lower than those in normal group. (5) Depression had a significant negative predictive effect on job well being and all dimensions of job well being. (6) there were significant differences between depression group and normal group in work well-being and job well-being, which showed that the scores of job well-being and job well-being in depression group were significantly lower than those in normal group. 7) each dimension of job well-being and job well-being has a significant positive predictive effect on job performance; (8) the theory of leader-member exchange has a partial intermediary effect between job well being and job performance. (9) the effect of reevaluation strategy on job well being and job performance was not significant.
