【摘要】：目的:分析心理咨詢中當事人改變發(fā)生的關(guān)鍵點,了解在此關(guān)鍵點上當事人的認知、情感等特點。方法:選取國外同化模型研究領(lǐng)域公開發(fā)表文獻中的14例成功案例,國內(nèi)相關(guān)研究領(lǐng)域中的5例成功案例,采用二手資料分析的方法對19例成功案例改變關(guān)鍵點的會談資料進行分析。結(jié)果:共提取出9個類屬,分別為認識了問題產(chǎn)生的原因、所伴隨的情緒感受、出現(xiàn)新的覺察、問題經(jīng)驗的威脅解除、發(fā)現(xiàn)了自身的行為模式、原有沖突對立的雙方能夠共存、直接表述想要表達問題聲音、區(qū)分性地來看待事物和發(fā)現(xiàn)未來的行動方向。結(jié)論:當事人改變發(fā)生的關(guān)鍵點背后,認知的改變帶來情緒的變化,從而使原有問題經(jīng)驗的威脅得以解除,沖突對立雙方能夠共存,當事人的內(nèi)心沖突得以緩解。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the key point of the change of the client in psychological counseling and to understand the cognition of the client on the key point. Methods: 14 successful cases in the field of assimilation model research abroad and 5 cases in domestic related research field were selected. The methods of second-hand data analysis were used to analyze the data of 19 successful cases which changed the key points. Results: a total of 9 categories and genera were extracted to understand the causes of the problem and the accompanying emotional feelings. The emergence of new awareness, the threat of problem experience removed, found their own behavior patterns, the original conflict between the two sides can co-exist, directly express the voice of the problem. The conclusion: behind the key point of the change, the change of cognition brings the change of emotion, thus the threat of the original problem experience can be removed. The two sides of the conflict can coexist and the inner conflict of the parties concerned can be alleviated.
