大學(xué)生職業(yè)興趣類(lèi)型結(jié)構(gòu)與測(cè)量工具的編制

【摘要】:目的(1)構(gòu)建我國(guó)大學(xué)生職業(yè)興趣理論模型;(2)編制適合中國(guó)大學(xué)生的職業(yè)興趣測(cè)驗(yàn);(3)探討中國(guó)大學(xué)生的職業(yè)興趣類(lèi)型及其結(jié)構(gòu)。方法通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)和理論構(gòu)建,結(jié)合網(wǎng)絡(luò)搜集、開(kāi)放式問(wèn)卷、內(nèi)容分析、專(zhuān)家評(píng)定和討論等多種方法,構(gòu)建了14個(gè)大學(xué)生職業(yè)興趣類(lèi)型,并根據(jù)層面理論形成職業(yè)興趣項(xiàng)目庫(kù)。(1)首先通過(guò)對(duì)職業(yè)興趣項(xiàng)目庫(kù)的評(píng)估篩選,形成了包含235個(gè)項(xiàng)目的初始問(wèn)卷,通過(guò)對(duì)大學(xué)生小樣本的初步探索,驗(yàn)證了包含14個(gè)因素的類(lèi)型結(jié)構(gòu),形成包含154個(gè)項(xiàng)目的正式問(wèn)卷。(2)采用分層整群抽樣法對(duì)我國(guó)3200名大學(xué)生進(jìn)行測(cè)評(píng),對(duì)2927份有效問(wèn)卷進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目分析;采用因素分析法檢驗(yàn)測(cè)驗(yàn)的結(jié)構(gòu)效度;采用信度分析檢驗(yàn)各因素的內(nèi)部同質(zhì)性;以在10大專(zhuān)業(yè)類(lèi)上得分高的被試為校標(biāo)樣本驗(yàn)證測(cè)驗(yàn)的效標(biāo)效度;采用相關(guān)分析法,以職業(yè)興趣的二維度理論為基礎(chǔ)檢測(cè)測(cè)驗(yàn)的建構(gòu)效度。(3)通過(guò)描述統(tǒng)計(jì)、獨(dú)立樣本t檢驗(yàn)及方差分析,考察大學(xué)生職業(yè)興趣的人口學(xué)特點(diǎn)。結(jié)果(1)因素分析獲得了13個(gè)因素,13個(gè)因素可分別命名為“實(shí)物操作型”、“抽象技術(shù)型”、“自然科學(xué)型”、“人文科學(xué)型”、“藝術(shù)創(chuàng)作型”、“表演展示型”、“社交服務(wù)型”、“利他奉獻(xiàn)型”、“企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)型”、“政治權(quán)力型”、“常規(guī)事務(wù)型”、“健身運(yùn)動(dòng)型”、“刺激冒險(xiǎn)型”;(2)信度分析結(jié)果顯示,各個(gè)因素內(nèi)部信度系數(shù)均達(dá)到0.77以上;(3)效度分析結(jié)果顯示,在10大不同專(zhuān)業(yè)類(lèi)上得分高的學(xué)生除在表演展示型、利他奉獻(xiàn)型上的不具有顯著差異外,在其他11種職業(yè)興趣類(lèi)型上的得分均具有顯著差異(p0.05);(4)相關(guān)分析結(jié)果顯示,13種職業(yè)興趣類(lèi)型基本符合環(huán)形結(jié)構(gòu):相鄰興趣的相關(guān)系數(shù)最高,間隔的次之,相對(duì)的最小;(3)人口學(xué)分析結(jié)果顯示:1)大學(xué)生普遍在表演展示型、政治權(quán)利型、刺激冒險(xiǎn)型上得分高,在社交服務(wù)型、企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)型、健身運(yùn)動(dòng)型上得分低;2)除人文科學(xué)型、社交服務(wù)型、常規(guī)事務(wù)型外,大學(xué)生在其他10種職業(yè)興趣類(lèi)型上均存在顯著的性別差異。具體來(lái)說(shuō),在實(shí)物操作型、抽象技術(shù)型、自然科學(xué)型、企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)型、政治權(quán)力型、健身運(yùn)動(dòng)型、刺激冒險(xiǎn)型上,男生得分顯著高于女生(p0.01),在藝術(shù)創(chuàng)作型、表演展示型、利他奉獻(xiàn)型上,女生得分顯著高于男生(p0.01);3)除人文科學(xué)型、藝術(shù)創(chuàng)作型、健身運(yùn)動(dòng)型外,大學(xué)生在其他10種職業(yè)興趣類(lèi)型上均存在顯著的年級(jí)差異(p0.01)。結(jié)論(1)因素分析獲得的13個(gè)因素可代表當(dāng)代大學(xué)生的職業(yè)興趣類(lèi)型;(2)大學(xué)生職業(yè)興趣測(cè)驗(yàn)具有較高的結(jié)構(gòu)效度,效標(biāo)效度良好,信度較高;(3)總體上,大學(xué)生比較擅長(zhǎng)表演展示型、政治權(quán)利型、刺激冒險(xiǎn)型等相關(guān)活動(dòng);男生相比女生,更喜歡與實(shí)物操作型、抽象技術(shù)型、自然科學(xué)型、企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)型、政治權(quán)力型、健身運(yùn)動(dòng)型、刺激冒險(xiǎn)型等相關(guān)的活動(dòng),而女生則更喜歡與藝術(shù)創(chuàng)作型、表演展示型、利他奉獻(xiàn)型相關(guān)的活動(dòng);(4)不同專(zhuān)業(yè)類(lèi)別的大學(xué)生其職業(yè)興趣類(lèi)型不同;(5)大學(xué)生職業(yè)興趣測(cè)驗(yàn)可以作為指導(dǎo)大學(xué)生職業(yè)選擇的重要依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective (1) to construct model of College Students' occupation interest theory in China; (2) preparing for Chinese students occupation interest test; (3) to investigate the type and structure of China occupation interest of college students. Through constructing the literature and theory, combined with network collection, open questionnaire, content analysis, expert evaluation and discussion methods. Construction of 14 college students occupation interest type, and according to the formation of occupation interest project library theory. (1) first through the assessment of the occupation interest project library screening, to form the initial questionnaire with 235 items, through preliminary exploration on college students of small sample, verify the type of structure contains 14 factors, the formation of a formal the questionnaire contains 154 items. (2) by using stratified cluster sampling method was used to test 3200 college students in China, project analysis on 2927 valid questionnaires by using factor analysis method; structure inspection test By using the reliability analysis validity; test of various factors in internal homogeneity; score in 10 professional class of subjects with high school standard sample to verify the validity of the test; by the method of correlation analysis, the occupation interest degree theory for two dimensional construct validity based detection test. (3) through descriptive statistics, independent analysis sample t test and variance, demographic characteristics were investigated in occupation (1). The results of factor analysis of 13 factors, 13 factors can be named as the "real operation", "abstraction", "natural science", "humanities", "artistic creation", "show type", "social service", "dedication", "business", "political power", "general affairs", "Sports", "adventure"; (2) the reliability analysis results show that the factors of internal reliability The coefficient reached 0.77 or more; (3) the validity analysis results showed that, in 10 different majors scored high on students in addition to display in the show, the altruistic dedication does not have significant differences, in the other 11 kinds of occupation interest types scores were significantly different (P0.05); (4) correlation analysis the results showed that 13 kinds of occupation interest types consistent with ring structure: the coefficient of correlation of adjacent interest is the highest, the time interval, relative to the minimum; (3) the demographic analysis results showed that: 1) the students generally show in the show, political rights, adventure type high scores, social service, enterprise management type of exercise type low score; 2) in addition to the humanities, social service, regular affairs, college students have significant gender differences in the other 10 types of occupation interest. Specifically, in real operation, abstraction, Natural Science Business type, type, political power, fitness sports, adventure type, boys scored significantly higher than female (P0.01), in art creation, show type, altruistic dedication, girls scored significantly higher than boys (P0.01); 3) in addition to the humanities, art creation, exercise foreign students, there are significant grade differences in the other 10 kinds of occupation interest types (P0.01). Conclusion (1) on behalf of the contemporary college students factors analysis of 13 factors of occupation interest type; (2) the structure validity of occupation interest test has high validity, good reliability, high (; 3) on the whole, students are good at showing type, political rights, adventure type and other related activities; boys than girls, more love and physical operation, abstraction, natural science, business, political power, fitness sports, adventure Other related activities, while girls are more love and art creation, show type, dedication related activities; (4) the different categories of students interested in the professional occupation of different types; (5) college students' occupation interest test can be used as important basis for guiding college students' occupation selection.
