尼日爾幾年前與中國建立了雙邊關(guān)系。中國與尼日爾的雙贏伙伴關(guān)系正在多個方面發(fā)展。選擇“尼日爾與中國關(guān)系載體中的文化交流”這一主題作為我的畢業(yè)論文,首先解釋了文化在這兩個國家關(guān)系中的重要性和意義。本文追溯了中國與尼日爾的歷史關(guān)系及其現(xiàn)在關(guān)系。其次,分析兩國人民交往遇到的文化問題并追溯其根源。這開啟了尼日爾與中國政治文化交流的新視野,強(qiáng)調(diào)了文化在加強(qiáng)外交以及社會、藝術(shù)和經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系方面所發(fā)揮的基礎(chǔ)性作用。本論文將提出具體的、創(chuàng)新的和可持續(xù)的政治文化發(fā)展項(xiàng)目,以新的外交關(guān)系加強(qiáng)與中國文化、各領(lǐng)域間的交往交流。中國和尼日爾是兩個有著密切政治文化關(guān)系的國家,為了兩國和兩國人民的利益,必須利用這些理念來實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。最后,它將為構(gòu)建與中國新的外交關(guān)系敞開大門,在文化交流領(lǐng)域?yàn)槟崛諣?同時也將為所有非洲國家服務(wù)。
