【摘要】：貧困地區(qū)農(nóng)村居民長期受"貧困文化"的影響處于"文化貧困"之中。當(dāng)前我國文化扶貧的實踐形式是把文化作為民生重要工程進(jìn)行建設(shè),切實推動文化惠民,加快貧困地區(qū)公共文化服務(wù)體系建設(shè)。文章指出我國文化扶貧的根本困境是貧困地區(qū)的文化生態(tài)處于結(jié)構(gòu)失衡和供需錯位的狀態(tài),提出我國文化扶貧須建立"上下聯(lián)動"與"有效對接"機(jī)制,以實現(xiàn)貧困地區(qū)的全面脫貧、真實脫貧和有效脫貧。
[Abstract]:Rural residents in poor areas are under the influence of "poor culture" for a long time. At present, the practical form of cultural poverty alleviation in China is to construct culture as an important project of people's livelihood, promote culture to benefit the people and speed up the construction of public cultural service system in poor areas. This paper points out that the basic dilemma of poverty alleviation in China is that the cultural ecology in poor areas is in a state of imbalance of structure and dislocation of supply and demand, and puts forward that the mechanism of "linkage between up and down" and "effective docking" should be set up in our country's cultural poverty alleviation. In order to achieve overall poverty alleviation in poor areas, real poverty alleviation and effective poverty alleviation.
