【摘要】：正《文化企業(yè)無形資產評估指導意見》(以下簡稱《指導意見》)的發(fā)布,激發(fā)了社會對文化企業(yè)無形資產及評估的關注潮。在我國已形成的"1+3無形資產評估準則框架"基礎上,《指導意見》突出行業(yè)特點,立足執(zhí)業(yè)需求,成為我國資產評估行業(yè)首次針對特定行業(yè)、具體資產推出的專業(yè)評估準則�！吨笇б庖姟返某雠_,將對提升我國文化企業(yè)無形資產評估服務水平,提高文化無形資產的管理及運作能力,促進文化資源同金融及社會資本的深度融合具有積極意義。文化企業(yè)類型繁多,各類企業(yè)的無形資產內容、
[Abstract]:The issuance of the guidance on Intangible assets Evaluation of Cultural Enterprises (hereinafter referred to as the guidelines) has aroused the society's concern about intangible assets and evaluation of cultural enterprises. On the basis of the "13 Intangible assets Evaluation Criterion Framework" which has been formed in China, the "guidance" highlights the characteristics of the industry, and based on the needs of practice, it becomes the first time that the asset evaluation industry in China aims at a specific industry. The introduction of the guidance will improve the service level of intangible assets evaluation in Chinese cultural enterprises and improve the management and operation ability of cultural intangible assets. It is of positive significance to promote the deep integration of cultural resources and financial and social capital.
