【摘要】：人文交流有助于各國(guó)民眾加深了解、溝通順暢,這為不同文化背景的國(guó)家之間增進(jìn)政治互信,加強(qiáng)經(jīng)貿(mào)合作打下了堅(jiān)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)。此外,高質(zhì)量的人文交流是改善國(guó)家形象、提升國(guó)家軟實(shí)力和國(guó)際影響力的有效手段。本文通過(guò)對(duì)中國(guó)—中東歐國(guó)家人文交流現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行梳理,針對(duì)目前"16+1"合作機(jī)制在人文交流方面存在的挑戰(zhàn)和瓶頸加以分析,并提出具有可操作性的建議。
[Abstract]:People-to-people exchanges are conducive to better understanding and smooth communication among people in various countries, which has laid a solid foundation for enhancing political mutual trust and strengthening economic and trade cooperation among countries with different cultural backgrounds. In addition, high-quality human communication is an effective means to improve national image and enhance national soft power and international influence. By combing the present situation of humanistic communication between China and Central and Eastern European countries, this paper analyzes the challenges and bottlenecks of the present "161" cooperation mechanism in human communication, and puts forward some operable suggestions.
