【摘要】：自黨的十八屆三中全會(huì)提出要"推進(jìn)國家治理體系和治理能力現(xiàn)代化"的目標(biāo)之后,關(guān)于"治理"的話題日益成為焦點(diǎn),究竟何為治理、文化治理是否可能、又應(yīng)如何實(shí)現(xiàn)文化治理等問題也正成為文化發(fā)展研究領(lǐng)域的重大現(xiàn)實(shí)問題。"十三五"時(shí)期我國文化發(fā)展所面臨的國際國內(nèi)環(huán)境將異常復(fù)雜,為此,我國更應(yīng)著力完善國家文化治理體系,以期與"推進(jìn)國家治理體系和治理能力現(xiàn)代化"的整體目標(biāo)相一致。
[Abstract]:Since the third Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee put forward the goal of "promoting the modernization of the national governance system and governance capabilities," the topic of "governance" has become increasingly the focus of attention. What exactly is governance and whether cultural governance is possible? And how to achieve cultural governance is also becoming a major practical problem in the field of cultural development research. " During the 13th Five-Year Plan period, the international and domestic environment facing China's cultural development will be extremely complex. For this reason, our country should focus on perfecting the national cultural governance system. With a view to promoting the national governance system and governance capacity modernization, the overall goal is consistent.
