【摘要】：文化需要自覺創(chuàng)新,文明需要理性創(chuàng)建,唯有如此,歷史的車輪才能繼續(xù)向前。我們所有關(guān)于文化和文明的實踐統(tǒng)一于意識形態(tài)建設(shè)和核心價值觀的理論與實踐當中,二者既有重合又有分工。只有當我們明晰了它們各自的概念與內(nèi)涵,廓清了二者之間的關(guān)系及其各自的發(fā)展規(guī)律,才能真正展開有效的文化創(chuàng)新和文明創(chuàng)建,并真正擁有文化"軟實力",促進社會主義文明進程。
[Abstract]:Culture needs conscious innovation, civilization needs rational creation, only in this way, the wheel of history can continue to move forward. All our practices on culture and civilization are unified in the theory and practice of ideology construction and core values. Only when we understand their respective concepts and connotations, clarify the relationship between the two and their respective development laws, can we really launch effective cultural innovation and civilization creation, and really have the "soft power" of culture.
