【摘要】：非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)生態(tài)保護區(qū)的實踐是一項政府在非遺保護過程中的工作,但同時也是由學界參與的一種學理性思索之后的理論與實際緊密結合的探索工作。由于文化生態(tài)保護區(qū)所涉及的區(qū)域不同,民族眾多,內(nèi)容豐富,文化形態(tài)多樣,文化差異性很大,如何確認并體現(xiàn)保護區(qū)的文化特色并使之成為區(qū)域內(nèi)民眾認同和自覺保護、傳承的核心文化動力,最終達到文化生態(tài)保護區(qū)建設的"遺產(chǎn)豐富、氛圍濃厚、特色鮮明、民眾受益"目的,實現(xiàn)非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)之傳承有序、創(chuàng)新發(fā)展,是非常重要的問題。從文化生態(tài)保護區(qū)設立的法規(guī)政策依據(jù)入手,討論文化生態(tài)保護區(qū)的建設現(xiàn)狀和前置條件,并把文化特色呈現(xiàn)作為重點進行討論,提出專家、管理部門、民眾、硬件建設和教育一起用力,共同完成的設想或?qū)Σ摺?br/>[Abstract]:The practice of the intangible cultural heritage ecological reserve is a work of the government in the process of non-heritage protection, but it is also the exploration work which is closely combined with the theory and practice after the academic circles participate in a kind of rational thinking. Because of the different regions involved in the cultural ecological reserve, there are many nationalities, rich contents, diverse cultural forms and great cultural differences. How to confirm and embody the cultural characteristics of the protected areas and make them become the identity and conscious protection of the people in the region, It is very important to achieve the goal of "rich heritage, strong atmosphere, distinctive characteristics and the benefit of the people" in the construction of cultural ecological reserve by the core cultural motive force of inheritance. It is very important to realize the inheritance and development of intangible cultural heritage in an orderly and innovative manner. Starting with the legal and policy basis for the establishment of cultural and ecological protection areas, this paper discusses the present construction situation and pre-conditions of cultural and ecological protection areas, and focuses on the presentation of cultural characteristics, and puts forward experts, management departments, and the public, Hardware construction and education work together to achieve a common vision or countermeasures.
