【摘要】：十八大以來,面對中國發(fā)展的新現(xiàn)狀,習(xí)近平總書記多次發(fā)表重要講話,深刻回答了中國治國理政所面臨的理論與現(xiàn)實(shí)問題。馬克思主義與優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化是共產(chǎn)黨執(zhí)政思想必不可少的兩面。挖掘優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化中的先進(jìn)思想,推動馬克思主義新發(fā)展,是當(dāng)前治國理政的重要任務(wù)與表現(xiàn)。優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化在數(shù)千年中已經(jīng)融入到國民的思想與行為規(guī)范中,馬克思主義的發(fā)展與社會主義的建設(shè)離不開優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化的影響。本文在進(jìn)行大量史料文獻(xiàn)分析與調(diào)查研究的基礎(chǔ)上,采取馬克思主義立場、觀點(diǎn)與方法,以治國理政思想中的優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化為起點(diǎn),討論優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化在當(dāng)代治國理政中的新作用。首先梳理了治國理政思想與優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化的前提性問題,分析了本文中所討論的治國理政思想與優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化的涵義與特征,并陳述了治國理政思想以優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化為基礎(chǔ)的必然性;其次,除優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化外,馬克思主義的影響,現(xiàn)實(shí)局勢的變化以及習(xí)近平自身成長因素也是研究治國理政思想不可回避的因素;再次,在本文中詳細(xì)比較討論了治國理政思想中的優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化底蘊(yùn),共分為八個方面,包括堅持和發(fā)展中國特色社會主義、大同夢與中國夢的實(shí)現(xiàn)、深化改革中的創(chuàng)新意識、可持續(xù)發(fā)展的科學(xué)發(fā)展思想、依法治國的發(fā)展、社會主義價值觀、外交新理念以及民本思想對黨的建設(shè)的作用等。堅持古為今用、對傳統(tǒng)文化進(jìn)行揚(yáng)棄的繼承,促進(jìn)優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化在現(xiàn)代社會的治國理政中繼續(xù)發(fā)揮應(yīng)有的價值與作用。最后,在借鑒優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化思想時,也要防止傳統(tǒng)文化中封建殘余的影響,如官本位意識、專制思想以及宗族思想等。
[Abstract]:Since the 18th National Congress, in the face of the new status quo of China's development, General Secretary Xi Jinping has delivered important speeches many times, profoundly answering the theoretical and practical problems facing China's governing and administration. Marxism and excellent traditional culture are two indispensable aspects of the Communist Party's ruling ideology. It is an important task and manifestation to excavate the advanced thought in the excellent traditional culture and promote the new development of Marxism. Excellent traditional culture has been integrated into the national thought and behavior standard for thousands of years. The development of Marxism and the construction of socialism can not be separated from the influence of excellent traditional culture. On the basis of the analysis and investigation of a large number of historical documents, this paper takes the Marxist stand, viewpoint and method as the starting point, taking the excellent traditional culture in the thought of governing the country and politics as the starting point. This paper discusses the new role of excellent traditional culture in the management of the country. First of all, it combs the prelude of the thought of governing the country and the excellent traditional culture, and analyzes the meaning and characteristics of the thought of governing the country and the excellent traditional culture discussed in this paper. It also states the inevitability that the thought of governing the country is based on the excellent traditional culture. Secondly, besides the excellent traditional culture, the influence of Marxism, the change of reality situation and the growth factor of Xi Jinping are also the unavoidable factors to study the thought of governing and managing politics. Thirdly, this paper compares and discusses in detail the outstanding traditional culture in the thought of governing the country and politics, which is divided into eight aspects, including upholding and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics, realizing the dream of Datong and Chinese Dream, deepening the innovation consciousness in the reform. The scientific development thought of sustainable development, the development of governing the country according to law, the socialist values, the new diplomatic concept and the function of the people-oriented thought to the Party construction, etc. We should persist in using the past for the present, carry on the inheritance of the sublation of the traditional culture, and promote the outstanding traditional culture to continue to play its due value and function in the management of the country and government in the modern society. Finally, we should prevent the influence of feudal vestige in traditional culture, such as officialdom consciousness, autocratic thought and clan thought.
