【摘要】：農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化、農(nóng)村城市化和城鄉(xiāng)一體化進(jìn)程的加快,為城郊結(jié)合部社區(qū)文化的興起創(chuàng)設(shè)了載體。反過來,城郊結(jié)合部社區(qū)文化建設(shè)對推動(dòng)“農(nóng)民市民化”的塑造以及對人的社會交往、自由創(chuàng)造、自我發(fā)展等更高層次精神需求的滿足上具有重要的功能。社區(qū)文化是新時(shí)期興起的一種社會文化形態(tài),相關(guān)研究還相對較少。尤其城郊結(jié)合部作為一類較新的社區(qū)類型,相對于一般的城市社區(qū)又具有很多獨(dú)特之處,其文化建設(shè)實(shí)踐更是摸著石頭過河。 本文調(diào)查分析了貴陽市花溪區(qū)金欣社區(qū)文化建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀,旨在以金欣社區(qū)為樣本,總結(jié)其成功的經(jīng)驗(yàn),分析其存在的問題,并期望以點(diǎn)帶面,為探索城郊結(jié)合部社區(qū)文化建設(shè)提供參考。 本文由四部分構(gòu)成。第一部分主要采用文獻(xiàn)法和田野調(diào)查法,對城郊結(jié)合部社區(qū)文化建設(shè)進(jìn)行理論闡述,并結(jié)合金欣社區(qū)實(shí)際情況編制一份社區(qū)文化建設(shè)調(diào)查問卷。第二部分主要運(yùn)用問卷調(diào)查法,從文化設(shè)施建設(shè)、文化活動(dòng)開展、社區(qū)文化消費(fèi)、社區(qū)精神文明建設(shè)、社區(qū)居住環(huán)境五個(gè)方面對金欣社區(qū)居民進(jìn)行調(diào)查。第三部分主要分析金欣社區(qū)文化建設(shè)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和問題,總結(jié)出成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)在于扁平化的基層管理體制和運(yùn)營機(jī)制、特色的社區(qū)文化活動(dòng)品牌、“綠絲帶”青年志愿者隊(duì)伍。存在問題歸納為管理主體和居民對社區(qū)文化建設(shè)整體認(rèn)識水平不足、社區(qū)文化建設(shè)的物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)薄弱、活動(dòng)形式單一輻射力不強(qiáng)、社區(qū)文化消費(fèi)市場的構(gòu)建還處于初級階段。第四部分是對金欣社區(qū)文化建設(shè)的思考,提出建議與對策：結(jié)合金竹新城建設(shè),堅(jiān)持科學(xué)規(guī)劃,有序發(fā)展；強(qiáng)化政府責(zé)任,提供政策和資金保障；鼓勵(lì)各方面力量共同參與社區(qū)文化建設(shè)；挖掘資源,創(chuàng)新思路,以豐富文化活動(dòng)引領(lǐng)居民日常生活；擴(kuò)大文化消費(fèi),以社區(qū)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展帶動(dòng)公益性文化事業(yè)進(jìn)步；重視地方文化傳統(tǒng)保護(hù),突出特色,彰顯個(gè)性。
[Abstract]:Agricultural modernization, rural urbanization and urban-rural integration have created a carrier for the rise of suburban community culture. On the other hand, the construction of community culture in the suburbs has an important function in promoting the shaping of "peasant citizenship" and in satisfying the higher level spiritual needs of people, such as social interaction, free creation, self-development and so on. Community culture is a form of social culture rising in the new period. Especially, as a new type of community, the suburb junction has many unique features compared with the general urban community, and its cultural construction practice is to touch the stone to cross the river. This paper investigates and analyzes the present situation of Jinxin community culture construction in Huaxi District, Guiyang City, aiming at taking Jinxin Community as a sample, summing up its successful experience, analyzing its existing problems, and looking forward to a point by the point. It provides a reference for exploring the construction of community culture in the suburbs. This paper consists of four parts. The first part mainly uses the literature method and the field investigation method, carries on the theory elaboration to the suburb community cultural construction, and unifies the Jinxin community actual situation to compile a community culture construction investigation questionnaire. The second part mainly uses the questionnaire survey method, from the cultural facilities construction, the cultural activity development, the community cultural consumption, the community spiritual civilization construction, the community living environment carries on the investigation to Jinxin community residents. The third part mainly analyzes the experience and problems of Jinxin community culture construction, summarizes the successful experience lies in flat grass-roots management system and operation mechanism, characteristic brand of community cultural activities, "Green Ribbon" youth volunteer team. The existing problems can be summarized as that the management subject and residents have insufficient understanding of the community culture construction, the material foundation of the community culture construction is weak, the single radiation of the activity form is not strong, and the construction of the community culture consumption market is still in the primary stage. The fourth part is to consider the community culture construction of Jinxin, put forward suggestions and countermeasures: combining the construction of Jinzhu New City, adhere to scientific planning, orderly development, strengthen the responsibility of the government, provide policy and fund guarantee; To encourage all forces to participate in community cultural construction, to tap resources, to innovate ideas, to enrich cultural activities to lead the daily life of residents, to expand cultural consumption, to promote the development of community cultural industry to promote the progress of public welfare cultural undertakings; Attach importance to the protection of local cultural traditions, highlight characteristics, and highlight personality.
