【摘要】：大國崛起已經(jīng)由"鐵血道路"轉(zhuǎn)向文明創(chuàng)造力。一個國家只有立身人類文明的制高點,起到引領世界文明的作用,才能實現(xiàn)真正崛起。因此,中國必須在繼續(xù)強化硬實力的同時,努力提升文化軟實力,建設文化強國。實現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復興的中國夢,已經(jīng)成為社會共識和全民族的共同奮斗目標,由此而內(nèi)生出最強勁、最持久的文化創(chuàng)新動力。同時,中央對文化建設的高度重視為繁榮文化奠定了政治基礎,人文生態(tài)優(yōu)化為文化生長提供了更加良好的土壤和條件,民族傳統(tǒng)文化特有的包容度、融合度則有利于吸收世界文明成果。要實現(xiàn)文化繁榮、提升文化自信,一是由"厚古薄今"轉(zhuǎn)向厚古厚今厚未來,突出于厚未來。二是針對歐美出現(xiàn)的保守主義動向,要在努力占領政治制高點的同時占領文化制高點。三是更新思維方式和價值觀念,強化政策導向,借助經(jīng)濟硬實力推動文化輸出。
[Abstract]:The rise of a great power has shifted from an iron-blooded road to civilized creativity. Only when a country stands at the commanding point of human civilization and plays a leading role in world civilization can it realize its true rise. Therefore, while continuing to strengthen hard power, China must strive to promote cultural soft power and build cultural power. Chinese Dream, who has realized the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, has become the social consensus and the common goal of the whole nation, thus giving birth to the strongest and most lasting motive force of cultural innovation. At the same time, the central government has attached great importance to cultural construction and laid a political foundation for the prosperity of culture, and the optimization of humanistic ecology has provided better soil and conditions for the growth of culture, and the unique tolerance of the traditional culture of the nation. The degree of harmony is conducive to absorbing the fruits of world civilization. In order to achieve cultural prosperity and enhance cultural confidence, the first is to shift from "thick ancient to thin present" to thick ancient thick present thick future, outstanding in thick future. Second, aiming at the trend of conservatism in Europe and the United States, we should strive to occupy the political commanding point and the cultural commanding point at the same time. Third, renew the way of thinking and values, strengthen the policy guidance, and promote the cultural output with the aid of hard economic strength.
