【摘要】：中國(guó)國(guó)民文化是個(gè)龐大存在,更是個(gè)復(fù)雜體系。人民文化、臣民文化、刁民文化、公民文化的交錯(cuò)和雜糅,使中國(guó)國(guó)民文化有著斑駁的光色。它們都可以在其賴以生長(zhǎng)的社會(huì)土壤中得到解釋。"文化自信"不是盲目的,前提是對(duì)文化特質(zhì)和稟性的全面把握。對(duì)于包括傳統(tǒng)國(guó)民文化在內(nèi)的傳統(tǒng)文化需要審慎甄別、厘清、擇優(yōu)、揚(yáng)棄,革故鼎新而弘道養(yǎng)正。這就要從人民文化向公民文化轉(zhuǎn)移,強(qiáng)健國(guó)家的責(zé)任意識(shí);從臣民文化向公民文化轉(zhuǎn)移,抑制奴性,強(qiáng)健國(guó)民主體性;從刁民文化向公民文化轉(zhuǎn)移,回歸淳樸,形成德性健全的誠(chéng)信社會(huì);從古代公民文化向現(xiàn)代公民文化轉(zhuǎn)移,融鑄新的時(shí)代精神,實(shí)現(xiàn)國(guó)民精神現(xiàn)代化的深刻轉(zhuǎn)型。
[Abstract]:Chinese national culture is a huge existence, but also a complex system. People's culture, subject culture, Diao Min's culture and citizen's culture are intertwined and mixed, which makes Chinese national culture have mottled light and color. They can all be explained in the social soil on which they grow. " Cultural self-confidence is not blind, the premise is a comprehensive grasp of cultural characteristics and endowment. The traditional culture, including the traditional national culture, needs to be carefully screened, clarified, selected, sublate, reformed and nurtured. This will shift from the culture of the people to the culture of citizens, and strengthen the sense of national responsibility; from the culture of the subjects to the culture of citizens, to restrain servility and strengthen the national subjectivity; and from the culture of the unruly people to the culture of citizens, and return to simplicity. From ancient citizen culture to modern citizen culture, a new spirit of the times is formed, and a profound transformation of national spirit modernization is realized.
