【摘要】：在充分肯定當前思想文化領域的發(fā)展成就與積極態(tài)勢的同時,必須正視實踐中存在的突出問題,尤其是社會道德滑坡、廣播電視節(jié)目的過度娛樂化傾向以及相當數(shù)量的青少年網(wǎng)癮等三個方面的問題。對此,必須立足文化的本質功能和應有定位,加強文化法制建設,著力以法治思維和法治方式推動問題解決。
[Abstract]:While fully affirming the current achievements and positive trends in the field of ideological and cultural development, we must face up to the outstanding problems existing in practice, especially the decline in social morality, Radio and television programs tend to over-entertainment and a considerable number of youth Internet addiction and other three aspects of the problem. In view of this, we must base on the essential function and orientation of culture, strengthen the construction of cultural legal system, and push forward the problem solving by law thinking and rule by law.
