【摘要】：非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)是人們創(chuàng)造力、想象力和勞動的結(jié)晶，是人們文化多樣性的生動展現(xiàn)。在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化浪潮和西方體育文化的沖擊下，很多非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)項目隨著傳承人的老去而面臨消失的危險，保護(hù)工作迫在眉睫。邳州歷史悠久，文化底蘊(yùn)深厚，非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)非常豐富。截止到2011年7月，被認(rèn)定為非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)的共有45項，其中入選市級11項、省級7項、國家級3項、人類非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)名目1個。邳州跑竹馬是其中最具代表性非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)項目之一，2008年被列為國家級非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)項目。 最近幾年，國家及政府加大了對非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)的保護(hù)力度，大量的專家與學(xué)者也進(jìn)行了許多相關(guān)方面的研究。通過檢索文獻(xiàn)發(fā)現(xiàn)，以非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)為視角，研究某一非遺項目傳承與發(fā)展的相關(guān)論文也比較多，但是針對邳州跑竹馬這一國家級非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)項目的研究卻鳳毛麟角，相關(guān)資料比較匱乏，研究難度比較大。因此，保護(hù)與傳承邳州跑竹馬這一國家級非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)項目刻不容緩。 本文旨在前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上，從非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)視角下，，通過運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、訪談法、田野調(diào)查法、邏輯分析法等研究方法全面分析邳州跑竹馬的傳承與發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，并通過與其他地區(qū)跑竹馬以及相類似的活動進(jìn)行比較研究，從中找出在傳承過程中存在的問題，并對這些問題進(jìn)行探討和分析，提出其發(fā)展和改革對策，具體如下： 1.邳州跑竹馬根據(jù)元朝忽必烈跨馬游春打獵的場景改編，之后融入舞蹈、體育、戲劇等藝術(shù)，形成了獨具特色的藝術(shù)表演形式。作為我國特有的非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)，邳州跑竹馬受到了當(dāng)?shù)卣腿嗣竦闹匾�，并開展了一系列的保護(hù)措施，傳承方式也由原來的家傳變成師傳，擴(kuò)大了其傳承面。 2.邳州跑竹馬在傳承保護(hù)方面存在一些問題：自身發(fā)展的局限性、政府工作的滯后性、政策支持力度不夠、經(jīng)費(fèi)不足等，這些都限制了跑竹馬的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。 3.為了促進(jìn)邳州跑竹馬的繁榮發(fā)展，更好地為非遺保護(hù)和全民健身服務(wù)，從非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)的傳承性與社會性等視角下，提出了以下發(fā)展對策：提高跑竹馬傳承人及藝人們的社會地位和待遇；加大宣傳力度，提高邳州跑竹馬的知名度；發(fā)展創(chuàng)新跑竹馬，引導(dǎo)良性變異；納入全民健身融入群眾體育健身活動中；與學(xué)校教育相結(jié)合，進(jìn)入體育課堂；加大政府政策資金的投入，引導(dǎo)跑竹馬進(jìn)行商業(yè)化運(yùn)作。
[Abstract]:Intangible cultural heritage is the crystallization of people's creativity, imagination and labor, and the vivid display of people's cultural diversity. Under the impact of economic globalization and western sports culture, many intangible cultural heritage projects are faced with the danger of disappearing with the passing on of people's old age, so the protection work is urgent. Pizhou has a long history, profound cultural heritage, intangible cultural heritage is very rich. Up to July 2011, there are 45 items of intangible cultural heritage, of which 11 are selected as municipal, 7 at provincial level, 3 at national level, and 1 under the name of intangible cultural heritage of mankind. Pizhou Bamboo Horse is one of the most representative intangible cultural heritage projects, which was listed as a national intangible cultural heritage project in 2008. In recent years, the state and government have increased the protection of intangible cultural heritage, a large number of experts and scholars have also carried out many related research. Through searching the literature, we find that there are many related papers to study the inheritance and development of a non-legacy project from the perspective of intangible cultural heritage, but the research on the Pizhou Bamboo Horse, a state-level intangible cultural heritage project, is rare. The relative data is relatively scarce, the research difficulty is quite big. Therefore, it is urgent to protect and inherit Pizhou Bamboo Horse, a national intangible cultural heritage project. This paper aims at analyzing the inheritance and development status of Pishu bamboo and horse in the state by using the methods of literature, interview, field investigation, logic analysis and so on, from the perspective of intangible cultural heritage, on the basis of the previous research, and from the perspective of intangible cultural heritage, and through the use of literature, interview, field investigation, logic analysis, etc. Through comparative study with other areas and similar activities to find out the problems in the process of inheritance, and to explore and analyze these problems, and put forward its development and reform countermeasures. The details are as follows: 1. According to the scene of Hu Bilie's hunting across horses and spring in Yuan Dynasty, Pizhou Bamboo Horse was adapted into dance, sports, drama and other arts, forming a unique art performance form. As a unique intangible cultural heritage of our country, Pizhou Bamboo Horse has been taken seriously by the local government and people, and a series of protection measures have been carried out. There are some problems in the inheritance and protection of Pizhou Bamboo Horse: the limitation of its own development, the lag of the government work, the insufficient policy support, the insufficient funds and so on, all of which limit the sustainable development of the Bamboo Horse. 3. In order to promote the prosperity and development of Pizhou Bamboo and Horse, and better serve for the protection of non-heritage and national fitness, from the perspective of inheritance and sociality of intangible cultural heritage, The following development countermeasures are put forward: to improve the social status and treatment of the people and artists, to increase the publicity, to improve the popularity of the Pizhou running bamboo horses, to develop and innovate the running bamboo horses, to guide the benign variation; It should be integrated into the mass sports and fitness activities; combined with school education to enter the physical education classroom; increase the investment of government policy funds to guide the commercial operation of running bamboo and horse.
