分析新時期文化館人才隊伍建設(shè)與管理

【摘要】:針對新時期文化館人才隊伍建設(shè)和管理方面的問題進行分析,提出當下我國文化館人才隊伍存在的問題,其內(nèi)容有:文化館工作人員年齡偏大,知識更新速度慢,學歷和職稱相對低下。結(jié)合這些內(nèi)容,總結(jié)并闡述了新時期背景下文化館人才隊伍建設(shè)和管理策略。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the problems in the construction and management of cultural center talents in the new period, this paper puts forward the problems existing in the talent team of cultural centers in our country at present. The contents of the problems are: the staff of cultural centers are too old and the speed of knowledge updating is slow. Academic qualifications and titles are relatively low. Combined with these contents, this paper summarizes and expounds the construction and management strategy of talent team in cultural center under the background of the new period.
