【摘要】：十多年的文化體制改革取得巨大成績,也積累了一些深層次問題,一些困境和矛盾使改革舉步維艱,亟需理論突破和思想觀念認(rèn)知的深化。解放思想轉(zhuǎn)變觀念仍是文化體制改革的重中之重,要以解放和保護(hù)文化生產(chǎn)力為訴求,深化文化體制改革,以文化產(chǎn)業(yè)為軸心重構(gòu)文化體制改革思路。
[Abstract]:Great achievements have been made in the reform of the cultural system for more than ten years, and some deep-seated problems have been accumulated. Some difficulties and contradictions have made the reform difficult. Theoretical breakthroughs and deepening of ideological cognition are urgently needed. In order to restructure the cultural system, we should take the cultural industry as the axis.
