精準扶貧視角下的大學生參與文化扶貧研究
[Abstract]:The grass-roots level is the basis for doing a good job in poverty alleviation and development and realizing the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way. In order to improve the rural education level, optimize the construction of grass-roots ranks, and develop rural science and technology, the development of services in primary and secondary schools is the main force to participate in the grass-roots cultural poverty alleviation. The mechanism is not rigorous, the depth of participation is insufficient, the concept of participation is vague, and the mechanism of long-term participation is deficient. The first part of this paper is a summary of the current research on cultural poverty alleviation and accurate poverty alleviation by collecting and sorting out the current scholars'research on cultural poverty alleviation, summing up and drawing on rich research results at the same time to find out the current academic research omissions, so as to take this article as a writing foothold. Most of the questions are related to the government. Few researchers take the huge human resources of college students as a powerful aid to the cultural poverty alleviation, neglecting the role of college students in the cultural poverty alleviation. The second part of the paper is about the cultural poverty alleviation, the precise poverty alleviation and the relationship between them. It clarifies the connotation and the development background of the precise poverty alleviation, refines the precise identification, the precise help, the precise management three links, establishes its precise reflection of the refinement, systematization, scientifically, operable. It is necessary and important to improve the education level of the people in poverty-stricken areas, change backward ideas and construct grass-roots organizations so as to help them get rid of poverty. Educated, idealistic and ethical college students are excellent resources for supporting education, agriculture and medicine, optimizing the construction of grass-roots organizations, and serving grass-roots units with science and technology. They play a positive role in improving the overall scientific and technological level, ideological level and democratic and legal literacy in poor areas. They emphasize the importance of College Students'participation in cultural activities and work to help the poor. This paper introduces the main ways and contents of College Students'participation in cultural poverty alleviation and summarizes the contribution and development trend of College Students' participation in cultural poverty alleviation over the years. The fourth part of the paper puts forward the problems of imperfection, lack of depth development, lack of long-term participation mechanism and vague concept of participation in poverty alleviation. For example, the opinions on further guiding and encouraging college graduates to work at the grass-roots level and the management measures for volunteers in the Western Volunteer Service Program for College Students show that the selection and training mechanism are not perfect, and the responsibility of college students participating in poverty alleviation work at the grass-roots level is not clear. The fifth part of the paper puts forward corresponding suggestions to college students, cultural poverty alleviation activities and work organizers from three aspects: accurate identification, accurate assistance and accurate management. Emphasis is laid on the identification of the qualifications of college students participating in cultural poverty alleviation, on the basis of correctly identifying the needs of the aid objects, targeted assistance activities are carried out, and the selection, training, management, assessment and publicity of college students participating in cultural poverty alleviation are standardized.
