【摘要】：正人才是動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)崛起的核心資源。一方面,動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)的投融資、創(chuàng)意策劃、作品制作、產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)、宣傳發(fā)行、衍生開發(fā)以及品牌化經(jīng)營等活動需要動漫人才的支撐;另一方面,動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展所需的場地、技術(shù)、資金、平臺等資源也需要動漫人才去盤活,以促使動漫產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)開發(fā)和動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)價值的無限增值。目前,我國動漫人才供需還不能夠有效對接,動漫人才隊伍建設(shè)有待加強(qiáng)。
[Abstract]:Talent is the rise of animation industry core resources. On the one hand, the activities of the animation industry, such as investment and financing, creative planning, production of works, production of products, publicity and distribution, derivative development and brand management, need the support of animation professionals; on the other hand, the venues and technologies needed for the development of the animation industry, Funds, platforms and other resources also need animation talent to invigorate, in order to promote the production and development of animation products and the unlimited value of the animation industry. At present, China's animation talent supply and demand can not be effectively docked, animation talent team construction needs to be strengthened.
