文化“走出去”的投資效應(yīng)研究:全球1326所孔子學院的數(shù)據(jù)

【摘要】:文化"走出去"作為中國新時期"走出去"發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的重要內(nèi)容,不僅是國家經(jīng)濟實力增強的必然結(jié)果,更是中國"軟實力"提升的重要表現(xiàn)。文章以孔子學院作為我國文化"走出去"的代理變量,使用差分GMM和系統(tǒng)GMM兩種估計方法對文化"走出去"的投資效應(yīng)進行實證研究。認為孔子學院作為我國文化"走出去"的最典型代表,雖然以向世界傳播中華文化及推廣漢語為主要任務(wù),卻對我國的對外直接投資產(chǎn)生了很大影響,文化"走出去"表現(xiàn)出顯著的投資推動效應(yīng),而且這種投資推動效應(yīng)具有明顯的經(jīng)濟差異性和洲際差異性。今后孔子學院應(yīng)該從以數(shù)量擴張為主的外延式發(fā)展逐步向以質(zhì)量提升為主的內(nèi)涵式發(fā)展轉(zhuǎn)型,從而更好地推動中國企業(yè)"走出去"。
[Abstract]:As an important part of China's development strategy of "going out" in the new period, culture "going out" is not only an inevitable result of the strengthening of national economic strength, but also an important manifestation of the promotion of "soft power" in China. Taking Confucius Institute as the proxy variable of "going out" in our country, this paper makes an empirical study on the investment effect of "going out" by using differential GMM and systematic GMM. It is believed that Confucius Institute, as the most typical representative of Chinese culture "going out", has had a great influence on China's foreign direct investment, although its main task is to spread Chinese culture to the world and to promote Chinese language. Culture "going out" shows remarkable investment promotion effect, and this kind of investment promotion effect has obvious economic difference and intercontinental difference. In the future, Confucius Institutes should gradually transform from the extension of quantitative expansion to the implicit development of quality improvement so as to promote Chinese enterprises to "go out" better.
