【摘要】：隨著中國社會轉(zhuǎn)型的加速進行,擁有農(nóng)村戶籍而從事非農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)活動的農(nóng)民工從農(nóng)村流動到城市。這個群體在城市從事各種類型的工作,推動城市經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的同時也把現(xiàn)代性元素從城市帶到了農(nóng)村社會,促進了農(nóng)村的現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展,無形之中成為了聯(lián)系城市和農(nóng)村的第三極。當前,對農(nóng)民工公共文化服務(wù)問題深入研究具有重要的理論和現(xiàn)實意義,不僅可以有效地探索農(nóng)民工群體所表現(xiàn)出的新變化、新特點、新需求,而且能夠提升這個群體在各方面的積極性和城市融入度,從而促進城鄉(xiāng)社會協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。 雖然近些年學(xué)者們對農(nóng)民工公共文化服務(wù)問題的研究很多,但是,這個問題并沒有因此而得到解決,對農(nóng)民工公共文化服務(wù)相關(guān)問題進行研究是符合我國現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)和社會整體發(fā)展進步需要的。作為中國的一種特殊社會現(xiàn)象,對此加以解決不能單純依靠對成功經(jīng)驗的模仿和借鑒,關(guān)鍵是要探索出符合中國各個區(qū)域社會的獨特解決模式。本文選取地處西部地區(qū)的新興能源城市——陜西省榆林市為調(diào)查對象,以馬斯洛的需求層次理論、馬克思主義的需要理論、社會資本理論等為理論視角,結(jié)合非結(jié)構(gòu)式訪談和問卷調(diào)查等方法,來研究榆林市農(nóng)民工公共文化服務(wù)的基本狀況,所呈現(xiàn)出來的主要問題,并挖掘出問題背后深層次的原因,最后提出針對性的解決辦法。 本文一共分為五章內(nèi)容： 第一章導(dǎo)論部分主要論述了四個問題,首先介紹了榆林市農(nóng)民工公共文化服務(wù)的研究背景；接著對研究的理論意義和現(xiàn)實意義做了闡釋；然后對研究已經(jīng)取得的成果和理論進行了綜述；最后闡述了本文所采用的研究方法。這一章為榆林市農(nóng)民工公共文化服務(wù)研究提供背景依據(jù)和方法。 第二章主要對關(guān)于農(nóng)民工公共文化服務(wù)的相關(guān)概念和理論基礎(chǔ)以及構(gòu)成內(nèi)容進行了介紹,為下一章研究榆林市農(nóng)民工公共文化服務(wù)提供了理論指導(dǎo)。第一界定了本研究中榆林市農(nóng)民工公共文化服務(wù)的相關(guān)概念；第二、梳理了和農(nóng)民工公共文化服務(wù)密切相關(guān)的主要理論；然后對農(nóng)民工公共文化服務(wù)所應(yīng)包括的內(nèi)容作了總結(jié)；最后總結(jié)出農(nóng)民工公共文化服務(wù)的特點。 第三章著重闡述了榆林市農(nóng)民工公共文化服務(wù)的現(xiàn)狀。首先以問卷調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ)介紹榆林市農(nóng)民工的年齡、受教育程度、職業(yè)等方面的基本狀況,然后對目前榆林市農(nóng)民工公共文化服務(wù)方面基本狀況和認知行為等方面進行總結(jié),為下一章分析奠定基礎(chǔ)。 第四章則歸納出了榆林市農(nóng)民工公共文化服務(wù)中存在的主要問題,闡述了榆林市農(nóng)民工公共文化服務(wù)出現(xiàn)問題的主客觀原因。農(nóng)民工工作特點、參與意識低下、科學(xué)文化水平低等構(gòu)成了公共文化服務(wù)參與率低的主觀原因,而制度因素,社會文化環(huán)境等則是客觀方面的主要原因。深入探討榆林市農(nóng)民工公共文化服務(wù)方面問題的原因,可以找出問題的規(guī)律性,從而更好的解決農(nóng)民工公共文化服務(wù)方面目前和以后可能遇到的問題。 第五章則主要針對第四章中分析的主要問題以及原因提出了完善榆林市農(nóng)民工公共文化服務(wù)的對策建議——樹立正確的理念,明確榆林市農(nóng)民工公共文化服務(wù)的主體、完善榆林市農(nóng)民工公共文化服務(wù)機制等,以期更好滿足榆林市農(nóng)民工公共文化服務(wù)需求,促進農(nóng)民工公共文化服務(wù)體系完善。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of social transformation in China, migrant workers who have rural household registration and non agricultural production activities are flowing from rural to cities. This group is engaged in various types of work in the city, promotes the development of the city economy and brings modern elements from the city to the rural society, and promotes the modernization of the countryside. It has become the third pole in connection with the city and the countryside. At present, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the problem of the public cultural service of migrant workers. It can not only explore the new changes, new features and new needs of the migrant workers, but also promote the enthusiasm and integration of the group in all aspects. Degree, thus promoting the coordinated development of urban and rural society.
Although many scholars have studied the problem of public cultural service for migrant workers in recent years, this problem has not been solved. It is necessary to study the problems related to the public cultural service of migrant workers in accordance with the modernization of China and the development and progress of the society. As a special social phenomenon in China, this is a special social phenomenon in China. The key is to explore the unique mode of solving the different regional society in China. This paper selects the new energy city in the western region, Yulin, Shaanxi Province as the investigation object, with the theory of Maslow's demand level, the need theory of Marx doctrine, and the social capital. Theory and so on as the theoretical perspective, combined with non structural interview and questionnaire survey and other methods to study the basic situation of the public cultural services of migrant workers in Yulin, the main problems presented, and excavate the underlying reasons behind the problems, and finally put forward the targeted solutions.
This article is divided into five chapters.
The first part of the first chapter mainly discusses the four problems. First, it introduces the research background of the public cultural service of migrant workers in Yulin, then explains the theoretical and practical significance of the research, and then summarizes the achievements and theories that have been obtained. Finally, it expounds the research methods used in this paper. Yulin migrant workers' public cultural services research provides background basis and method.
The second chapter mainly introduces the related concepts and theoretical basis and the content of the public cultural service of migrant workers. It provides theoretical guidance for the study of the public cultural service of migrant workers in Yulin. The first defines the related concepts of the public cultural service of migrant workers in Yulin, and second. The main theories related to the public cultural service are closely related, and then the contents of the public cultural service of migrant workers are summarized. Finally, the characteristics of the public cultural service of the migrant workers are summarized.
The third chapter focuses on the present situation of the public cultural service of migrant workers in Yulin. First, we introduce the basic status of Yulin peasant workers' age, education and occupation on the basis of questionnaire survey data, and then summarize the basic status and cognitive behavior of the public cultural services of migrant workers in Yulin. An analysis of the chapter lays the foundation.
The fourth chapter sums up the main problems in the public cultural service of migrant workers in Yulin, and expounds the subjective and objective reasons for the problems of the public cultural service in Yulin. The characteristics of the migrant workers, the low participation consciousness and the low scientific and cultural level constitute the subjective reasons for the low participation rate of the public cultural services, and the institutional factors, The social and cultural environment is the main reason for the objective. In depth discussion on the reasons for the problems of the public cultural service of migrant workers in Yulin, we can find out the regularity of the problems, so as to better solve the problems that may be encountered in the public cultural service of migrant workers at present and in the future.
The fifth chapter mainly aims at the main problems and reasons for the analysis in the fourth chapter and the reasons for improving the public cultural service of migrant workers in the city of Yulin. Set up the correct idea, clear the main body of the public cultural service of the migrant workers in Yulin, and improve the public cultural service mechanism of the migrant workers in Yulin so as to better meet the farmers in Yulin. The demand for migrant workers' public cultural services promotes the perfection of the public cultural service system for migrant workers.
