【摘要】：鄉(xiāng)村的善治離不開優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化背景的支撐。傳統(tǒng)鄉(xiāng)村文化一般由家族文化、禮俗文化與鄉(xiāng)土文化構(gòu)成,這些優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化凝結(jié)著先民共同的文化認(rèn)同,極易產(chǎn)生共鳴,同時給人以歸屬感、自豪感與榮譽感。從某種意義上來說,鄉(xiāng)村文化能把相關(guān)的社會成員安排在約定俗成的社會結(jié)構(gòu)中,并內(nèi)化為人們的行為規(guī)范,變成一種內(nèi)在約束,形成現(xiàn)實的社會秩序,這對維持鄉(xiāng)村秩序產(chǎn)生重要作用。充分利用好傳統(tǒng)文化資源,將其融入到當(dāng)代鄉(xiāng)村治理之中,可以節(jié)約鄉(xiāng)村治理成本,提高鄉(xiāng)村治理效率,從而有效推進(jìn)鄉(xiāng)村治理,實現(xiàn)和諧鄉(xiāng)村與美麗鄉(xiāng)村的治理目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Good governance in rural areas can not be separated from the support of excellent traditional cultural background. The traditional rural culture is generally composed of family culture, ritual culture and local culture. These excellent traditional cultures condense the common cultural identity of the ancestors, easy to resonate, and at the same time give people a sense of belonging, pride and honor. In a sense, rural culture can arrange the relevant social members in the established social structure, internalize them into the norms of people's behavior, become an internal constraint, and form a realistic social order. This plays an important role in maintaining order in the countryside. To make full use of traditional cultural resources and integrate them into contemporary rural governance can save the cost of rural governance and improve the efficiency of rural governance so as to effectively promote rural governance and achieve the goal of harmonious and beautiful rural governance.
