【摘要】：在世界遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)領(lǐng)域,社區(qū)作為遺產(chǎn)價(jià)值傳承和保護(hù)管理體系中核心參與者的角色日益得到認(rèn)同;同時(shí),中國文化遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)管理實(shí)踐中也已經(jīng)有了對"社區(qū)"關(guān)注的探討和嘗試。本文試從201 5年7月份德國波恩第39屆世界遺產(chǎn)大會(huì)上通過的"世界遺產(chǎn)與可持續(xù)發(fā)展策略草案",及世界遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)狀況和申報(bào)審議環(huán)節(jié)的一些案例中體現(xiàn)的"社區(qū)"角色,探討其對中國的啟示。
[Abstract]:In the area of world heritage conservation, the role of communities as core participants in heritage value inheritance and conservation management systems is increasingly recognized; at the same time, In the practice of cultural heritage conservation and management in China, there has also been a discussion and attempt to pay close attention to the "community". This paper attempts to illustrate the role of "community" in the "draft Strategy for World Heritage and Sustainable Development" adopted at the 39th World Heritage Congress in Bonn, Germany, in July 2015, as well as in some cases of the status of World Heritage Conservation and the application and review process. Discuss its enlightenment to China.
