【摘要】：文化民生政策指謂文化層面的人民生計(jì),"青海哈薩克"是生活在青海省境內(nèi)的哈薩克人的特殊指稱。為解決"青海哈薩克"族群位移的歷史與現(xiàn)實(shí)問題,政府以系列文化民生建設(shè)政策將其安置在青海省海西蒙古族藏族自治州馬海村。本文以觀察體驗(yàn)和問卷訪談的方法,實(shí)證"青海哈薩克"對系列文化民生建設(shè)政策的感知和體認(rèn),以及由此生發(fā)的對中華民族共同體的認(rèn)同,并以互相決定的反身抽象,探討"定居"政策的內(nèi)容系統(tǒng)、作用的關(guān)系系統(tǒng)和演進(jìn)的向度系統(tǒng),闡發(fā)目標(biāo)與具象的內(nèi)容,情感性、利益性與價(jià)值性的關(guān)系,文化-民族認(rèn)同、政治-國家認(rèn)同與政黨-道路認(rèn)同的向度,聚焦政策的意態(tài)刻寫和物態(tài)實(shí)踐在國家認(rèn)同建構(gòu)過程中的"連續(xù)更新"與"自我調(diào)節(jié)"。
[Abstract]:The policy of culture and people's livelihood refers to the livelihood of the people at the cultural level. "Qinghai Kazak" is a special reference of the Kazakh people living in Qinghai Province. In order to solve the historical and realistic problems of ethnic displacement in Qinghai Kazak, the government placed it in Mahai Village, Haixi Mongolian Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai Province by a series of cultural and livelihood construction policies. Based on the methods of observation, experience and questionnaire interview, this paper empirically demonstrates the perception and recognition of the policies of the construction of the cultural and people's livelihood in Qinghai Kazak, as well as the resulting recognition of the Chinese national community, and the reflexive abstraction of each other. This paper probes into the content system of "settlement" policy, the relation system of function and the system of evolution, the content of explaining the goal and concrete, the emotion, the relationship between interest and value, the cultural and national identity. The orientation of political-national identity and party-road identity focuses on the "continuous renewal" and "self-regulation" of policy description and materiality practice in the process of national identity construction.
