【摘要】：文化是民族凝聚力和創(chuàng)造力的重要源泉,是綜合國力競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的重要因素,是經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的重要支撐。文化軟實(shí)力是相對(duì)物質(zhì)硬實(shí)力而言,一切無形的、難以量化的表現(xiàn)為精神力量的實(shí)力,都屬于文化軟實(shí)力。加強(qiáng)國家文化軟實(shí)力建設(shè),是全面增強(qiáng)國家綜合國力的內(nèi)在要求,也是實(shí)現(xiàn)國家和平發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略之舉。提高文化軟實(shí)力、建設(shè)文化強(qiáng)國是"國家富強(qiáng)"的重要目標(biāo),是"民族振興"的內(nèi)在要求,是"人民幸福"的重要源泉。提高建設(shè)先進(jìn)文化的能力、提升文化軟實(shí)力是提高黨的執(zhí)政能力的重要內(nèi)容。加強(qiáng)社會(huì)主義文化建設(shè),提高國家文化軟實(shí)力,很重要的就是要加強(qiáng)黨對(duì)文化工作的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)。這是提高國家文化軟實(shí)力的根本保證。
[Abstract]:Culture is an important source of national cohesion and creativity, an important factor of comprehensive national strength competition, and an important support of economic and social development. Cultural soft power is relative to material and hard power, all intangible, difficult to quantify as the strength of the spiritual power, all belong to the cultural soft power. Strengthening the construction of national cultural soft power is the internal requirement of comprehensively strengthening the national comprehensive national strength, and is also a strategic move to realize the country's peaceful development. To improve the soft power of culture and to build a strong country is the important goal of "national prosperity", the internal requirement of "national rejuvenation" and the important source of "people's happiness". Improving the ability of constructing advanced culture and enhancing the soft power of culture are the important contents of improving the ruling ability of the Party. It is very important to strengthen the Party's leadership in cultural work to strengthen socialist cultural construction and enhance the soft power of national culture. This is the fundamental guarantee of improving the soft power of national culture.
