【摘要】：構(gòu)建科學(xué)的公共文化服務(wù)模型,切實(shí)指導(dǎo)精準(zhǔn)文化扶貧已成為內(nèi)蒙古迫在眉睫的任務(wù)。文章以內(nèi)蒙古貧困地區(qū)居民對(duì)文化服務(wù)的需求、圖書(shū)情報(bào)機(jī)構(gòu)的服務(wù)和地方政府的決策指導(dǎo)構(gòu)建三維復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò);從內(nèi)蒙古貧困地區(qū)地域特征、民族特征和信息需求特征出發(fā),運(yùn)用關(guān)聯(lián)數(shù)據(jù)方法分析貧困地區(qū)居民對(duì)文化服務(wù)的實(shí)際需求與圖情機(jī)構(gòu)提供服務(wù)能力的匹配程度,構(gòu)建內(nèi)蒙古精準(zhǔn)文化扶貧體系模型,并進(jìn)行案例分析。研究表明:運(yùn)用精準(zhǔn)文化扶貧體系模型能優(yōu)化公共文化服務(wù)方式,有助于內(nèi)蒙古的精準(zhǔn)文化扶貧。
[Abstract]:It is an urgent task for Inner Mongolia to construct a scientific model of public cultural service and to guide the precision culture to help the poor. Based on the needs of the residents in the poor areas of Inner Mongolia for cultural services, the services of the library and information institutions and the decision-making guidance of the local governments, this paper constructs a three-dimensional complex network, starting from the regional characteristics, ethnic characteristics and information needs of the impoverished areas in Inner Mongolia. This paper analyzes the matching degree of residents' actual demand for cultural services and the ability of map and information institutions to provide services by using the method of correlation data, constructs the model of Inner Mongolia precision culture poverty alleviation system, and carries on the case study. The research shows that the model of precision culture poverty alleviation system can optimize the public culture service mode and help the precision culture poverty alleviation in Inner Mongolia.
