【摘要】：比利時(shí)佛蘭德斯地區(qū)在《保護(hù)非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)公約》的指導(dǎo)下,制定了本地非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)政策,為當(dāng)?shù)胤沁z工作的開展提供了良好的政策環(huán)境和有益指導(dǎo)。該政策強(qiáng)調(diào)社群或團(tuán)體在非遺傳承中的主體地位,以及非遺的綜合性與動(dòng)態(tài)特征。在布魯日圣血大游行中,當(dāng)?shù)厣鐓^(qū)形成聯(lián)盟,擔(dān)任了該項(xiàng)目傳承的主要角色:主持者(圣血榮譽(yù)兄弟會(huì))、協(xié)調(diào)者(當(dāng)?shù)胤沁z組織)、參與者(居民)。其中,作為溝通樞紐的當(dāng)?shù)胤沁z組織發(fā)揮了重要作用,它通過設(shè)計(jì)教育包,深入社區(qū)的互動(dòng)項(xiàng)目,舉辦論壇吸收國(guó)際經(jīng)驗(yàn)等方式,加深了當(dāng)?shù)鼐用駥?duì)非遺概念的了解,促進(jìn)了圣血大游行在當(dāng)?shù)厣鐓^(qū)的推廣,為大游行的傳承補(bǔ)充了新的生力軍。堅(jiān)持非遺核心質(zhì)素的"不變"與適應(yīng)當(dāng)代環(huán)境的適度的"變",使圣血大游行成為一場(chǎng)源自民間,由民間主導(dǎo)的盛大表演。
[Abstract]:Under the guidance of the Convention for the Protection of Intangible Cultural Heritage in Flanders, Belgium, a policy for the protection of local intangible cultural heritage has been formulated, which provides a good policy environment and beneficial guidance for the development of local non-heritage work. The policy emphasizes the dominant position of community or group in the inheritance of non-inheritance, as well as the comprehensive and dynamic characteristics of non-posthumous inheritance. In Bruges, the local community formed an alliance that played a major role in the project's legacy: the moderator (the Holy Blood Honor Brotherhood, the coordinator) (the local non-legacy organization, the participants (residents). Among them, local non-legacy organizations, as communication hubs, have played an important role in deepening the understanding of the concept of non-legacy among the local population through the design of educational packages, in-depth community interaction projects, and the holding of forums to absorb international experience. It promotes the promotion of the Saint Blood Parade in the local community, and provides a new force for the passing of the Parade. Adhering to the "invariance" of the core quality of non-legacy and the moderate "change" adapted to the contemporary environment, the Saint Blood Parade has become a grand performance from the people and led by the people.
