【摘要】：在"美麗鄉(xiāng)村"建設(shè)過程中,文化建設(shè)是"記住鄉(xiāng)愁"的基礎(chǔ),是鄉(xiāng)村發(fā)展的"軟實力"。溧水區(qū)在"美麗鄉(xiāng)村"建設(shè)過程中充分重視文化建設(shè),取得了系列成效,但也存在一些亟待解決的問題,如文化產(chǎn)品占有量較低,文化娛樂形式較為單一;傳統(tǒng)民俗活動日漸式微,農(nóng)民對政府期待較高;公共文化活動新老交替明顯,開展活動總體較少;村民文化需求較為強烈,老年人文化享受問題突出;文化團體發(fā)展較快,但服務(wù)質(zhì)量有待加強等,存在著偏重送文化、有陣地?zé)o組織等問題,今后需要在文化氛圍營造、組織建設(shè)、資金保障、創(chuàng)新方式方法上下功夫,更好推動文化建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:In the construction of "beautiful countryside", cultural construction is the basis of "remembering homesickness" and the "soft power" of rural development. The Lishui District pays full attention to the cultural construction in the process of "beautiful village" construction, and has made a series of achievements. However, there are still some problems to be solved, such as the low possession of cultural products and the single form of cultural entertainment. Traditional folklore activities are declining gradually, farmers expect higher from the government; public cultural activities alternate between the old and the new obviously, and the activities are generally less; the cultural needs of villagers are relatively strong, the problems of cultural enjoyment for the elderly are prominent; the cultural groups develop faster. But the service quality needs to be strengthened, there are some problems, such as the emphasis on culture delivery, the lack of organization in the position, and so on. In the future, we need to work hard on the construction of cultural atmosphere, organization construction, fund guarantee, and innovative ways and methods so as to better promote cultural construction.
